Own developments
Selector Meeting System
This solution is a specialized multimedia service of the enterprise's corporate IP network, along with e-mail, corporate web portal, ERP- and CRM-systems. The system was developed by INLINE Technologies on the base IP-telephony Cisco ON and on the platform. Meetings Windows organized with the help of the "Selector" can be attended by 200 people, distant from each other over long distances.
IP Telephony Services
These are services for Cisco IP phones such as: number identifier, corporate directory, group notification. Services are delivered as part of IP telephony systems and do not require additional support. All of them are made on a single software platform and are closely integrated with each other, which allows them to be considered as a common system with a single control. The modular software structure makes it easy to supplement the existing system with new services for INLINE Technologies IP telephony solutions.
Cloud-based IT management products
R&D Integration Cluster
As of August 2018, the research and development cluster is a key element of INLINE Technologies' system for modeling, optimizing and testing integration solutions, as well as creating its own products.
The cluster includes specialized competence centers in current technological areas, uniting engineering groups for the development, promotion and implementation of innovations in the field of IT, as well as one of the largest network laboratories in Russia.
At the laboratory benches, INLINE Technologies specialists collect and debug the configurations of standard solutions, determine the nominal and limit parameters of the equipment, conduct load tests of the finished modules, and also implement staging, including according to a distributed scheme, and simulate situations within the framework of service support.

2018: Sergey Khrudov appointed CEO of Inline Technologies
On July 18, 2018, Inline Technologies (Inline Technologies LLC) announced the appointment of Sergey Khrudov, who previously held the post of First Deputy General Director, to the post of General Director of the company. In this post, he replaced Sergei Kryukov, who, in turn, went to work at RTK Information Technologies as general director. Read more here.
2016: Laboratory and Competence Center
According to 2016 data, INLINE Technologies has one of the largest integration laboratories in Russia, which allows you to model, test and optimize solutions based on the latest information technologies.
The company also has a Competence Center, the main areas of work of which are: demonstration of INLINE Technologies solutions for customers; creation of pilot zones together with customers who are interested in the opportunities offered by the company; training of engineers, development and testing of hardware and software solutions.
The Competence Center can be contacted by existing and potential INLINE Technologies customers, including for testing their own solutions and checking their integration within the company's solutions.
1999
The company was founded in 1999 by a group of several people. Everyone had a higher technical education and had already accumulated expertise and experience in the IT-Business, since the IT field began to develop in Russia in the second half of the 70s, and already in the 80s computing machines became quite widespread.
1998
The idea of creating INLINE Technologies was born in the crisis of 1998. The first basic technology partner was 3Com, which at that time held a leading position in the market. In September 1999, the company was incorporated, and in November it appeared its own small office, which housed 8 people. Among the first customers with whom the company continues to cooperate today were VimpelCom, VGTRK, Vozrozhdenie Bank.
