Site for production of microelectronics and equipment "M-Telematics" in Ramenskoye () Moscow region operates from the end of 2023. The company produces a large list of equipment: from innovative devices for "smart" roads and monitoring cargo transportation to the creation of microelectronic boards for any purpose. Thus, production facilities will allow the production of up to 300 thousand electronic devices per month. The process is arranged in such a way that the line of technological equipment can produce more than 500 printed circuit boards per hour with an average instrumental application speed of 140 thousand components per hour. For comparison, the maximum capacity on previous generation lines is up to 200 boards per hour.

Lines for the contract production of radio electronics and equipment will also work at the site, including for the implementation of the project M12 Moscow - - - - the Nizhny NovgorodKazan toll highway under construction, which will become part of the West-East transport corridor.
