History

2025: Agreement with SPbGASU for training in road construction

The Unified Operator (part of the Telematics concern) and the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) signed a cooperation agreement that will allow them to jointly train highly qualified personnel in the field of road construction and digitalization of transport. Partners will conduct joint scientific research and actively involve students in the design of intelligent transport systems (ITS). Telematics announced this on March 24, 2025. Read more here.

2024: Agreement with MSP for training

The Unified Operator company (part of the Telematics concern) and Sochi State University (SSU) signed a cooperation agreement aimed at the professional development of future personnel in the field of digitalization of the motor transport industry. The agreements involve the participation of students and teachers in joint scientific work and projects to create and implement innovations in the motor transport industry. 2021: Name change

From June 8, 2021, the name of the organization was changed from LLC "Unified Operator of the Central Ring Road" to LLC "Unified Operator."

2020: Owners

As of November 2020, the owners of LLC "Unified Operator of the Central Ring Road" were:

• Russian highways (Avtodor) - 99%;
• RT-Invest Transport Systems (RTITS) - 1%.

2019: Building a company

Avtodor - Infrainvest LLC (the only participant is the state-owned Avtodor company) and the operator of the Platon truck charging system RT-Invest Transport Systems LLC (RTITS) created the Unified Operator of TsKAD LLC. The date of registration of LLC Unified Operator TsKAD is January 10, 2019. The address of the LLC coincides with the address of the state-owned company Avtodor^[1]
