2024: Change of ownership - became LLC "Yug-Business Partner"
On October 9, 2024, it became known that the Mantera Group holding, which develops, among other things, tourist resorts in various regions of Russia, changed its owner. It was Yug-Business Partner LLC, the beneficiary of which is Andrey Skok.
Mantera Group was established in early 2021. Its main activities are the development of tourist infrastructure, development and management of hotels. The geography of the group's assets includes existing tourist infrastructure facilities in the federal territory of Sirius, in the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, the Leningrad Region, as well as promising infrastructure projects in the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea and the Far East. Mantera, in particular, develops the Krasnaya Polyana resort and gambling zone, the Arkhyz resort, the Sochi Park theme park, the Mantera Seaview Residence complex, the Chateau de Talue winery in Gelendzhik, the Mandrogi Amazing Village project, the Adler trout farm, etc.
The Mantera Group company was registered by businessman Roman Batalov, son-in-law of the former governor of the Krasnodar Territory and ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev. In 2022, Batalov left the founders of the Mantera Group, and the owner of the company was Sergey Ulitin, who was previously a co-owner of Sochi-Park-Resort LLC, which is part of the Mantera Group structure.
In turn, Skoka, as noted by RBC, market participants call the asset manager of the Tkachev family. Skok is listed as the only founder of Mountain Peaks LLC, which in 2023 bought the Arkhyz resort from the state, as well as Domein LLC, which manages the Krasnaya Polyana gambling zone. In addition, the businessman was previously among the owners of the Chateau de Talue winery[1]
2023: Establishing a company
On September 7, 2023, the Mantera group of companies (owned by the family of the ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory and the former Minister of Agriculture RFAlexandra Tkachev) announced the creation of Mantera Hotels, within which the hotel management business will be allocated.
The first hotel under the Mantera Hotels brand is scheduled to open in 2024. Investments are estimated at 25 billion rubles. The total area of the five-star Mantera Supreme will be 51.7 thousand square meters. m, 400 rooms and 319 residences will be available for accommodation. In addition, the new hotel will also offer 13 food outlets with various concepts. These are Italian and haute cuisine restaurants, Rooftop bar, author's coffee shop, lobby and pool bars, executive living room.
It is noted that at the initial stage it is planned to create four hotel sub-brands from three to five stars.
They will cover various segments of the audience, ranging from a suite to a comfort class for families, young people and large companies, guaranteeing service standards as in the world's leading hotel networks, compliance with travel expectations and goals, aesthetics of space, modern design and deployed infrastructure, the Mantera Group of Companies press service said. |
According to Mantera, by September 2023, there is a shortage of premium accommodation facilities in Russia, while the demand for such accommodation over the past 2 years has grown by more than 40%.
According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Mantera-Group LLC is registered in Sirius in 2021. The main activity is consulting on commercial activities and management. According to RBC, earlier the only founder of the company was Roman Batalov, whom the media call the son-in-law of the ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev.[2]
