2025: Detention of ex-head Vadim Plotnikov on charges of receiving a bribe in the form of a house and a land plot worth 17 million rubles

The former head physician of the Perm Territory health care institution was charged with taking a bribe in the form of a house and a land plot worth 17.6 million rubles (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The supplier of medical equipment "NewMedTech" arrested accounts on the claim for 424 million rubles

On November 23, 2023, it became known that the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory arrested the accounts of the supplier of medical equipment "NewMedTech." The reason was a lawsuit for 424.1 million rubles from the Perm GKU "Financial and Economic Administration" (PKU, is a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory). Perm Ministry of Health sued 120 million rubles from the distributor for the supply of unregistered X-ray scanners
