Ministry of Education and Science of Perm Territory

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory is the executive body of state power of the Perm Territory, which performs the functions of forming and implementing regional policy and regulatory legal regulation in the fields of education, scientific, technical and innovative activities, as well as the transferred powers of the Russian Federation in the field of education^[1].

History

2013: Renamed the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory

In 2013, the Ministry of Education of the Perm Territory was renamed the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory (Decree of the Governor of the Perm Territory dated March 12, 2013 No. 19 "On changing the structure of the executive bodies of state power of the Perm Territory and the composition of the Government of the Perm Territory").

2006: Creation of the Ministry of Education of the Perm Territory

The Ministry of Education of the Perm Territory was created in 2006 on the basis of the Department of Education of the Perm Region (Decree of the Governor of the Perm Territory of June 6, 2006 No. 100 "On the temporary management system of the Perm Territory and the temporary structure of the executive authorities of the Perm Territory").
