History

2021: Business restructuring and introduction of ATOLLIS single brand

OT-Oil, a provider IT of digitalization solutions, and oilgas mining , electrical power industries on June 16, 2021, announced the expansion of services and business restructuring. A subsidiary of ATOLL Engineering has been established to implement complex projects using multi-brand products. All products of the group of companies will now be produced and promoted under the ATOLLIS trademark.

The updated group of companies included:

• OT-Oil JSC - vendor of software solutions for the ATOLL Platform, Eldoka, MIT-Oil and Mineral application lines;
• ATOLL-Engineering LLC is a supplier of complex solutions using software and equipment of partner companies and third-party manufacturers;
• LLC TechnoIntelligence is a resident of Skolkovo, a developer of innovative solutions.

As conceived by OT-Oil, business restructuring and the creation of a single corporate brand will unify the positioning of products and services of the group of companies in the market, as well as facilitate communication to customers in the most complex complex projects.

ATOLLIS unified corporate brand was created to facilitate the market's perception of the catalog of products and services of all three companies of the group - OT-Oil, ATOLL-Engineering and TechnoIntelligence. He retained the phonetic and graphic continuity from OT-Oil. This transformation is also designed to expand the previous technological and industry positioning beyond oilgas the industry and MES systems. Since 2021, all materials of the group of companies have received an updated style and are formed under a single corporate brand.

2019

Opt-out of IT project management scheme through subsidiary

On June 10, 2019, OT-OIL Joint-Stock Company announced the rejection of the IT project management scheme in the fuel and energy complex, organized in 2018 by a dedicated subsidiary of Element 5 Neftegaz JSC, due to failure to meet planned indicators.

Key fuel and energy experts were transferred back to the staff of OT-Oil JSC, the fulfillment of contractual and project obligations remained unchanged for OT-Oil JSC, the subsidiary Element 5 Oil Gas was removed from the assets of OT-Oil JSC.

2018: Allocation of consulting practice to "daughter" "Element 5 Neftegaz"

2011

OT-Oil Company announced in August 2011 the opening of a new direction - consulting in the field of optimization of production and management processes of fuel and energy companies. Knowledge of the specific processes of the fuel and energy companies and understanding of the customer's needs for process improvement is the most important factor in the successful implementation of IT products. One of the leaders of the project of the corporate information system for exploration, development and operation of fields (CIS RREM), Yusupov Rinat Miratovich, who has experience in creating integrated control systems at Upstream and led the centers of competence of the fuel and energy complex in leading Russian oil companies and system integrators, headed the consulting direction.
