Performance is a service for assessing employee productivity, founded by immigrants from Russia and Ukraine Elena and Denis Grabchako. Performance delivers real-time employee productivity analytics to executives on a daily basis. The platform tracks several parameters - from the emotional state of employees to their inclusion in workflows and communications.

Denis Grabchak previously worked in the global office of Google, where, in particular, he selected startups for the company's accelerator, and also managed the Google Cloud budget. Later, he launched a program for Platfrom F startups in the Irish division of Facebook.

Elena Grabchak was engaged in digital strategy at Tinkoff Bank and worked at Enter Svyaznoy. She later moved to Google's global office in Dublin, where she was responsible for working with customers in emerging markets.

History

2021: Attracting $1.2 million investment

On September 22, 2021, Performance announced the attraction of $1.2 million in investments from AltaIR Capital and AltaClub, as well as top executives from Google, Cisco, LinkedIn, DropBox, DocuSign, Salesforce, Facebook, Lyft and Uber. Transaction parameters are not specified.
