Undermyfork — the Russian developer of the application of the same name for people with diabetes. Service analyzes as sugar indicators after a meal change, and marks each photo with security label: green, yellow or red. Color shows after what meals the level of sugar exceeded the limit of safe range and for what time.

Undermyfork automatically compares data on glucose level, meals and injections of insulin. For this purpose the user needs to photograph food and to place in the application hashtags with dish ingredients.

The Undermyfork application was developed by Mikhail Ushakov and Evgeny Molodkin, in 2014 Adviser redeemed other their development Yandex Company.

History

2020: Attraction of $400 thousand investments

At the end of August, 2020 the Undermyfork company announced attraction of $400 thousand investments. Funds AltaIR Capital, Runa Capital and also investors from community AltaClub invested in a medical technical-startup.

Undermyfork is going to spend the received money for development of the product in the American and European markets.

The Russian developer of the digital diary attracted $400 thousand to diabetics.

According to AltaClub, several thousands of people, mainly in the USA use the Undermyfork application. In August, 2020 the producer of sensors of continuous monitoring of level of glucose in Dexcom blood became the partner of the company. The Undermyfork service by the end of August, 2020 works generally with the American users.

Using our application we want to help to correct to people with diabetes the way of life and eating habits and also to increase time of the normal state — the founder of a startup Mikhail Ushakov told TechCrunch. — We help people with diabetes not only to see data on glucose level in blood, but also to interpret these data and to draw useful conclusions which can improve their life.  It is possible to tell that it something like "Google Analytics for sugar in blood.[1]
