History

2017: Registration

The autonomous nonprofit organization "Pravorobotov" underwent successful registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Having received the official status, the Pravorobotov project becomes the platform of preparation of legislative initiatives in the field of digital economy.^[1]

"We created the unique All-Russian Pravorobotov project within which the power, business, engineers and pioneers of robotics can begin dialog and make the contribution to development of digital economy of Russia — the founder of the organization, the chief executive of Heads Consulting company, Candidate of Law Sciences Nikita Kulikov said. — Solutions and results of activity of the companies of the IT sector will actively influence other sectors of economy and the people occupied in them in the near future. Therefore, without understanding of perspectives and ultimate goals and also without due regulation and the legislation such development will chaotic will be able to cause damage more likely, than to help".

The autonomous nonprofit organization was included into expert advice on development of economy of new technology generation at the State Duma Committee on economic policy, the industry, the innovative development and an entrepreneurship. Thus, Pravorobotov will take part in development of measures of legislative regulation in spheres of pilotless vehicles, Big Data, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency and digital economy in general (see article Digital economy of Russia).
