The Scientific and Engineering Center owes its appearance to the work of honored scientists of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (LETI) and specialists of the Research Institute, who joined forces in creating a research laboratory in 1990. 1990: Formation of the Centre
In 1990, on the basis of a scientific laboratory LETI , the "Scientific and Engineering Center of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute named after V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin)" was created.
