2024: Establishing a Company
Public Joint Stock Company Sovcombank has created a communications subsidiary called Sovkom Telecom LLC. The company was registered on August 6, 2024, its authorized capital is ₽1 million. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).
According to Frank Media, Sovkom Telecom LLC will operate on the basis of wireless technologies. Wireless technologies, on which the company will be based, open up wide prospects for the development and provision of innovative solutions in the telecommunications market.
