Joint rossiysko-the European the Sinertek LLC enterprise specializes in deliveries of the onboard equipment of the European quality level made on the own production certified by the company Airbus DS.
History
2019
As of April, 2019 Sinertek in close cooperation with RKS, NPP Almaz and Tesat Spacecom, Airbus DS subsidiary company, markets traveling wave power amplifiers for the Russian communication satellites.
2017: Serial production of amplifiers
Since 2017 the Sinertek company conducts serial production of amplifiers.
2016: Five-sided delivery agreement of products of Sinertek to the Russian and foreign customers
In February, 2016 the five-sided agreement of JSC RSC Energia, Airbus DS, Energiya SAT LLC, Sinertek and RKS within which it is supposed to deliver products of Sinertek to the Russian and foreign customers was signed.
Sinertek and its founders are going to expand the nomenclature of the made products gradually.
2005: Creation of the company
In 2005 two European companies — Airbus Defence and Space (earlier – EADS Astrium, France) and Tesat Spacecom (Germany, Airbus DS affiliated enterprise) — and the Russian JSC Rossiyskiye kosmicheskiye sistemy (before Federal State Unitary Enterprise RNII KP) announced creation of joint venture in space area. Development of mutually beneficial cooperation of the enterprises of the space industry of Russia and Europe in development and use of modern innovative technologies of production of onboard equipment of spacecrafts became the purpose of creation of joint venture. The company received the name of Sinertek LLC which symbolizes synergy of the European-Russian technology development (Synertech, Synergetic European – Russian Technology).
The joint venture was formed on the basis of the solution of the head of Roskosmos (No. AP-21-2802 of 4/22/2005) and in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (the letter of 4/4/2005 No. D16-893) and Agency on management of federal property (the letter of 2/14/2005 No. YuM-12/4206).
