Biography

In 1994, Filatov graduated from the Ural State Technical University (g.) Yekaterinburg With a degree in automated information processing and management systems. In 2006, he continued his education, graduating from the International Executive Program at the INSEAD business school.

Filatov's career began in 1992 in the ASU department of the Yekaterinburg Diagnostic Center, where later, after graduation, he was appointed deputy head of the department.

1995: R-Style, Head of Sales in the Urals

According to him, the idea of ​ ​ creating a "Lab joint venture" came to him after the management of the parent SAP refused to sell the Russian business to local management. By the end of March 2023, the company employs about 70 employees - immigrants from the Russian SAP. By the end of 2023, their number can grow to 100 people.

In the first year of the Lab SP project alone, it is planned to invest about 500 million rubles in it, excluding the launch of new business areas. The funds are invested by one of the participants in the IT market, but Filatov did not name him. Lab SP, according to the ex-head of the Russian representative office of SAP, already has several clients by the end of March 2023, but he did not disclose their names. If by the end of the year Lab SP breaks even, the project team will consider this a success, he said. Filatov plans to enter the capital of Lab SP and become its managing partner.

In addition to Lab SP, technical support and localization services are provided by a network of SAP partners in Russia, for example TerraLink, Sapran, BDO Unicon, IBS, successors to the Big Four auditors, etc.
