Andrey Koptelov has been working for the company since 2001. He began his career as an ARIS technical support consultant. Since 2003, he headed the IT consulting department. In early 2009, Andrey headed the innovative project "Controlling 24" (services in the field of business analysis and improving operational efficiency of the business), on the basis of which the practice of implementing business applications was formed (Process Intelligence, webMethods BPMS&ESB, Adabas & Natural).

Structurally, the BPM consulting unit has also undergone changes: now the practice of introducing business applications and integration is combined with the practice of consulting under the general brand Business Process Excellence (BPE). The combined practice now employs more than 50 consultants.
