Biography

Dmitry Alkhazov was born in 1981.

In 2003 he graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with a degree in applied informatics.

Since 2000, Alkhazov worked in the CBOSS group of companies, where he took part in projects for the implementation of the billing system, was engaged in research on the problems of CBOSS integration with external ERP, accounting and payment systems, as well as with external prepaid platforms.

From 2006 to 2007, he worked at AT Consulting, where he dealt with the construction of a technical support service for affiliated companies in the CIS countries, as well as the procedure for migrating their business.

In June 2007, he got a job at Mobile Television Systems (MTS), where he worked until January 2013. He held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department for Operation of Information Technologies, Director for Projects of the MTS Rossiya Business Unit (responsible for the deployment of a 3G network), and since January 2012 - Director of the Department for Coordination of Network Infrastructure Development.

2013: Work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation

In February 2013, he headed the department of infrastructure projects.
