Was born on April 10, 1965 in Novokuybyshevsk the Kuibyshev region (since 1992 - the Samara region).

Education

In 1987 ended Yaroslavl the highest military financial school of a name of the General A.V. Hrulev (since October 1, 2010 it is closed) awards of the Red Star.

Career

1987: Service in AF

From 1987 to 1994 served in Armed forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

1994: Work on executive positions in IFC, SBS-AGRO, Itera

From 1994 to 2001 worked at executive positions in JSB International Finance Company, JSB SBS-AGRO (JSB Stolichny) and in ITERA corporation.

2001: President, Chairman of the board of Novikombank

From 2001 to 2005 - the President, the Chairman of the board of Novikombank.

2005: Chairman of the board of directors

From 2005 to 2009 - the Chairman of the board of directors of Novikombank.

2009: President

From May 22, 2009 to March 13, 2016 - the President, the board member of Novikombank. Left the structure of Board of Directors in 2015.

2005: Vice president AvtoVAZ

From 2005 to 2007 - the Deputy CEO for finance and economy, the Vice president for finance and economy of JSC AvtoVAZ.

Public activity

Ilya Nikolaevich Gubin actively is engaged in public work, heads and takes part in work of a number of public organizations, such as:

• Rossiysko-Belarusian business council at To Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation;
• The member of bureau, the Vice-chairman of Russian Engineering Union LLC (since 2011);
• Councils for public-private partnership and concerning pricing and financial and credit policy at accomplishment of the state defense order at the Russian Government Military-Industrial Commission;
• Council of Association of regional banks of Russia (Russia Association), Commission on banks and banking activity of Council of RUIE;
• The commissions of RUIE on defense industry complex, the Russian-Austrian Business Council (since 2007);
• Expert advice on implementation of high technologies and upgrade at the State Duma Committee on science and high technologies (2012 - 2016);
• Expert advice at the State Duma Committee on the industry on development of the enterprises of defense industry complex;
• The board of trustees of the National program "In the bosom of the family" (since 2008).

Since December, 2009 enters a reserve of administrative staff, being under patronage of the President of Russia. Has an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Besides, is a part of the boards of trustees of the Russian military and historical society, Preobrazhensky of military school (since 2003), Federations of cycling of Russia (since 2008) and Federations of Practical Firing of Russia (since 2009).

Hobby

Ilya Nikolaevich actively plays sports, in particular gun shooting. He was a champion and the prize-winner on the largest international tournaments and the Championships of Russia, and in August, 2013 to him the sports rank "Master of Sports of Russia of the International Class" is given.
