Biography

Graduated from the Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit.

He began his career in the system of managing the affairs of the President of the Russian Federation, where he went from a financier analyst to the head of the financial and analytical department.

Tigran Khachaturov has many years of expertise in the nuclear industry, the industrial and investment banking sector: in the field of mergers and acquisitions, development and crisis management of production and non-core assets, in structuring special transactions in Russia and abroad.

For more than 10 years he worked in the nuclear industry - in the structures of ROSATOM State Corporation. Five years at Tekhsnabexport JSC (one of the world's leading suppliers of nuclear fuel cycle products), where he held positions from Director of the Internal Control and Audit Department to First Deputy General Director;

2007-2013 worked in the role of First Deputy General Director for Economics, Finance, Investments, and then General Director at ARMZ Uranium Holding Holding (now Atomredmetzoloto JSC). Then, as the first Executive Vice President of Uranium One Holding, an international group of companies, one of the world's largest uranium mining companies, he was engaged in the development of a portfolio of international assets in Kazakhstan, Tanzania and Namibia. Later he was an Advisor to the General Director of JSC Atomenergoprom, an integrated company that consolidates the civil assets of the Russian nuclear industry.

Since April 2015, he has been working at Gazprombank, where he is a member of the Management Board and is the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, who oversees the block of industrial, non-core and restructured assets of the bank.

Also for 2022, he headed the Board of Directors of PJSC Cryogenmash, the largest manufacturer of technologies and equipment for air separation, the hydrogen industry and LNG in Russia and was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC OMZ.
