Owners
Uranium Holding JSC Rosatom Nedra (formerly JSC Atomredmetzoloto, ARMZ) is the mining division of Rosatom State Corporation. Rosatom Nedra is the successor to the world's largest uranium mining complex created by the USSR. It is one of the three largest uranium mining companies in the world and ranks second in terms of uranium mineral resource base.
Rosatom Nedra has unique competencies in the field of uranium mining: the company has concentrated many years of experience in developing fields in a wide variety of geoclimatic conditions.

2008
January 2008 - Akbastau JV - geological exploration began at the Budennovskoye field site 1.
Productive solutions with commercial uranium contents were obtained at the Khokhlovskoye deposit (Dalur CJSC).
February 2008 - Lunnoye CJSC - a license for the Lunnoye field was issued.
March 2008 - An agreement was signed with the Administration of the Trans-Baikal Territory on the creation of conditions for public-private partnership in the territory of the Trans-Baikal Territory during the implementation of investment projects.

May 2008 - A Russian-Canadian joint venture for uranium exploration, Karhu-Geologiya LLC, is registered.
June 2008 - JSC Atomredmetzoloto issued subsoil use licenses for Istochnoye, Kolichikanskoye, Koretkondinskoye, Namarusskoye and Dybrynskoye fields.
JSC Atomredmetzoloto participated in the first ATOMCON International Congress and Exhibition - 2008.
July 2008 - An agreement was signed with the Government of the Republic of Buryatia to create conditions for public-private partnership.

Consolidation of all uranium mining enterprises in Russia
In 2008, as a result of the completion of the restructuring of the nuclear industry under the management of ARMZ, all uranium mining enterprises in Russia, as well as a number of joint ventures in the CIS countries and non-CIS countries, were consolidated.
OJSC Atomredmetzoloto completed the consolidation of shares of Russian uranium mining enterprises: 78.61% of shares of OJSC PIMCU (Krasnokamensk, Trans-Baikal Territory), 99.999% of shares of OJSC Khiagda (Republic of Buryatia, Bauntovsky district, Bagdarin) and 97.85% of shares of CJSC Dalur (Kurgan region, Uksyanskoye village) were included in the authorized capital of OJSC Metoledoto as its additional shares.

Purchase of uranium mining assets in Kazakhstan

Rosatom acquires control at Atomredmetzoloto
July 2009 - Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin signed Decree No. 909-r of July 11, 2009 on the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to Rosatom State Corporation in the form of a property contribution of the Russian Federation in the amount of 50 billion rubles for the purchase of shares of JSC Atomredmetzoloto.
During the additional issue of JSC Atomredmetzoloto, the first tranche of funds was received from Rosatom State Corporation in the amount of 16.898 billion rubles, transferred as part of the implementation of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the provision of subsidies. Rosatom State Corporation became the owner of a controlling stake in JSC Atomredmetzoloto (51.83%).
August 2009 - ARMZ Uranium Holding started development of the Itman placer of Lukoyanovskoye titanium-zirconium sand deposit.

"In this regard, the heads of ARMZ OJSC reimbursed these costs from personal funds: the money was deposited at the company's cash desk," Rogozin wrote.
According to him, the acting president of the company (probably we are talking about Tigran Khachaturov) "was reprimanded for improper performance of his labor duties in terms of effective and reasonable spending of funds," the procurement director was dismissed. In addition, the head of the selection, training and development department (responsible for the event) was reprimanded.
"In order to avoid a repetition of the situation, Rosatom issued an order on mandatory coordination with the state corporation of any corporate events by subsidiaries, including justifying the need to conduct and approving the spending limit," Rogozin said.

2013
Consolidation of 100% of Uranium One shares
In 2013, ARMZ Uranium Holding Holding, taking into account the situation on the global natural uranium market, carried out a deal to consolidate 100% of Uranium One Inc. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, all ordinary shares of Uranium One Inc., which at that time did not belong to JSC Atomredmetzoloto and affiliates, were acquired. In accordance with the decision of ROSATOM State Corporation, management of foreign assets was transferred to Uranium One Holding N.V.
Since December 2013, Russian uranium mining assets have been concentrated under the management of JSC Atomredmetzoloto.
Annual production of 8220.5 tons of uranium

2024: Renaming to Rosatom Nedra
Rosatom has agreed with the Government of the Russian Federation to rename 21 companies that are part of the state corporation's management loop in such a way as to include the words "Russian Federation," "Russia" or their derivatives in their names. The corresponding order of the Cabinet of Ministers (of 22.01.2024 No. 109-r) was published on the official portal of legal information on January 23, 2024. According to the list approved by the order, JSC Atomredmetzoloto received the name Rosatom Nedra JSC.
