Biography

Sergey was born on November 1, 1968 in Shchyolkovo of the Moscow region.

In 1990 graduated from Military Academy to them. Mozhaisk in St. Petersburg as an engineer-mathematician.

In 2011 gained the diploma of MBA of business school at REU of Plekhanov.

In 1990 bulk to work in computer center of MO at the software engineer's position.

For more than 30 years of work in the field of information technologies and project management there passed the way to the highest steps of management of IT. In 30 years of its participation in the field of information technologies under its management were more than two tens projects on automation in the Russian and international companies, the different industries, including Sberbank, TNK-BP, VAT, AlphaInsurance, Tinkoff Insurance are executed.

2017: CEO of Restream

On September 26, 2017 the Restream company, subsidiary company of Rostelecom, announced Sergey Konyukhov's appointment the CEO. It released Andrey Volgin who worked as the CEO of the company two years from this duty.
