Biography

Konstantin Novikov has extensive experience in the IT industry. For 11 years, he worked at Oracle CIS, where he was the director of sales of FusionMiddleware technologies in the CIS countries.

Earlier, as Director of the Oracle CIS Partner Department, Novikov was responsible for managing sales channels in the CIS, including partners in Oracle business applications and technologies, distribution business and working with development companies.
