Biography
Anastasia Romas was born in Kazan.
In 2006 she graduated from Kazan State Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev with a degree in Biotechnical and Medical Devices and Systems.
From 2006 to 2018 she worked in commercial structures. She was engaged in the development of automation systems for the corporate and public sectors.
Until the fall of 2018, she worked as the head of the project office of the implementation department of Etton Center, a software development company. The company carried out work for the Ministry of Industry and Trade (work on the Open Budget project), organizations in the field of power, housing and communal services, culture and sports.
2018: Head of the Main Department of Informatization and Communications of Sevastopol
In November 2018, Anastasia Romas was appointed head of the Main Directorate of Informatization and Communications of Sevastopol. It is responsible, among other things, for information security and ensuring the protection of personal data, the development of the information society and the formation of e-government, geoinformation and navigation systems of the region. The parent enterprise under management is the State Unitary Enterprise Sevastopol Telecom.
Romas's predecessor in this position - Alexey Gorobtsov - at the end of October 2018 was appointed director of the development department. e-government Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media
At the time of appointment, Romas in Sevastopol is implementing several large IT projects. In 2017, a concession agreement was signed on the launch of the Safe City software complex in Sevastopol. One of the key is the e-Government project, aimed at the prompt provision of public services via the Internet.
Also in Sevastopol, an intelligent system "Smart City" should appear, integrating city services on a single information platform to improve the quality of transport services, housing and communal services, medicine and education.
2020: Appointment as Director of the Digital Transformation Department of the Ministry of Sports
On April 14, 2020, it became known about the appointment of Anastasia Romas as Director of the Digital Transformation Department of the Ministry of Sports of Russia. She moved to this position from the post of head of the main department of informatization and communications of Sevastopol.
According to D-Russia, the Russian Ministry of Sports created a department for the digital transformation of the sports industry in March 2020. What specific tasks will be solved by the new structure in the department is not specified.
It is noted that digital technologies play a key role in achieving Russia Vladimir Putin the president's goal to involve 55% of Russian citizens in regular sports by 2024.
In addition, CDTO, the deputy minister responsible for digital transformation (Chief Digital Transformation Officer), was appointed to the Ministry of Sports. He became the previously working director for personnel and education of the ANO "Digital Economy" Andrei Selsky. Valery Sokhorov became the deputy head of the digital transformation department of the Ministry of Sports.
By mid-April 2020, the Ministry of Sports is developing the concept of digitalization of the state system for managing the field of physical culture and sports. The document was developed by the Ministry of Sports together with the Ministry of Communications of Russia and is preparing for approval. It is also planned to develop a system project for creating a state system "Physical Culture and Sports."
The ministry considers the personalization of services and their integration with the portal of public services as important factors in the further development of digital technologies in the field of physical culture and sports.
Earlier in 2020 , ministries and departments in Russia, including the Ministry of Sports, formed a pool of digital deputy leaders - the range of their tasks was outlined by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Digital loans should ensure the implementation of a typical departmental program of digital transformation - in particular, the provision of online services to the population and the transition to data management.[1]
In April 2021, she left the post of director of the digital transformation department. Vladimir Alekseev was appointed the new director of this structural unit of the Ministry of Sports, united as a result of restructuring with the Department of Strategic Development and Implementation of Federal Projects.
