Since 2016, he led the process of creating competencies of the internal vendor, developing and operating the IT landscape for the MTS telecommunications business .

Since September 2020, he served as Deputy General Director of VimpelCom (operates on the market under the Beeline brand).

2025: Director, Digital and Information Technology, Sibur

At the end of October 2025, Sibur announced that Anton Rubenchik had been appointed director of digital and information technologies at the company. In this position, he will be responsible for the entire digital circuit of the company, focusing on increasing efficiency and accelerating development, technological independence in terms of IT and introducing artificial intelligence technologies into key business processes. His area of ​ ​ responsibility includes the activities of Sibur Digital (development and implementation of IT solutions) and Sibur Connect (operation and support of IT).
