Education

Vladislav Zhdanov graduated from the Ural Federal University and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Career

2015-2021

From 2015 to 2018, he was vice president of the ALROSA group of diamond mining companies, and then worked as an adviser to the general director of Russian Railways. Since December 2021, he served as director of the cadastral chamber of Rosreestr.

2022: Appointment as head of Roskadastre

At the end of August 2022, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree appointing Vladislav Zhdanov as head of Roskadastre. This company was created by the government in order to enter data on boundaries in the Unified State Register of Real Estate Objects (USRN), conduct geodetic and cartographic work, create state topographic maps and plans, and become the operator of Rosreestr information systems.

Roskadastre will coordinate work on the integration of all spatial data and systems with a single digital platform, which should be completed by 2030.

In fact, we are talking about creating a "one window" system for all users of spatial and cartographic data. This will reduce the timing of the provision of services to Rosreestr, increase the efficiency of the use of land resources, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasized.

On August 6, 2022, Mikhail Mishustin appointed Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin as chairman of the supervisory board of Roskadastre. The council also included the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky, the managing director of Дом.РФ Anatoly Azizov, the head of the State Duma committee on property, land and property relations Sergei Gavrilov, the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin and the head of the Federation Council committee on economic policy Andrei Kutepov, but next to their names there is a note "by agreement."^[1]
