The concept of modern design technology is based on the creation of a combined information model of the building, which includes an architectural and construction 3D model, a design design model, a model of engineering systems and equipment, drawings, lists and estimates necessary for the release of full-fledged project documentation.
The information model created during the design is also used at subsequent stages of the building life cycle: during construction - to draw up construction schedules and visualize the construction progress; during operation - for maintenance and repair, technical re-equipment and reconstruction. Thus, throughout the life cycle of the construction object, the BIM model is an integral part of it.

In addition, it is possible to load estimates from files that support storage of data in APC, ESTML, XML format.
The 1C:ERP Construction Organization Management solution, developed on the basis of the typical ERP Enterprise Management configuration, is designed to automate the activities of construction companies, including vertically integrated holdings that carry out any type of construction activities and implement a full cycle of construction, is the core of the 1C:BIM 6D software complex.
In the ERP Construction Organization Management configuration, the deadlines are determined and the actual analysis of construction and installation works is planned.
Solution "1C: Realtor and Real Estate Sales Management. The module for 1C:ERP "as part of the" 1C:BIM 6D "software complex provides automation of the processes for preparing and conducting real estate transactions both in the primary and secondary markets.
