The digital fire safety platform "Promete" is a software and hardware complex that combines safety systems of all fire protection elements installed at facilities with a massive presence of people. Promete carries out online monitoring of the operability of fire automation systems, predicting the risks of fires, as well as remotely informing the inspectors of the Ministry of Emergency Situations about violations of fire safety requirements at supervision facilities. The platform was developed by Fortes PRO LLC with the support of Rostec Group of Companies and the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

2023: System Test

On May 30, 2023, Rostec State Corporation announced the testing of the Promete digital platform, which allows ensuring fire safety at facilities with a massive crowd of people. The experiment took place in five regions of the country, including in the Crimea, at the Artek International Children's Center. In total, 42 organizations were connected to the solution as part of the trial operation.

The system monitors the operability of fire systems in real time, predicts the risks of fires, and also checks compliance with the requirements of the fire regime. The project is being implemented by RT-Prometey (part of the RT-Design Technologies company of Rostec State Corporation).

Promete uses a complete database of all fire protection equipment on site using a 3D model. The system analyzes the information received, in case of violations, immediately notifies the responsible persons and gives recommendations on the elimination of shortcomings.

Timely response to violation of fire rules and elimination of system malfunctions at facilities of mass stay of people is the main factor in ensuring fire safety of such institutions as schools, hospitals, children's camps, etc. The introduction of the Promete digital platform will make it possible to prevent the development of large fires and the associated negative consequences. The development has been successfully tested in institutions of the Moscow and Tula regions, Crimea, Primorsky and Krasnodar territories and is ready to scale to other regions and organizations. The functionality of the digital platform "Promete" received a positive assessment from the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
