Version 15.4.1
On February 11, 2025, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.4.1. In this version, the request from the geoportal of the National System of Spatial Data of various types of cadastral data has been expanded, a search has been implemented at the address by a partial match of street names and house numbers. It is automated to build polygons on the boundaries of adjacent objects and place signatures inside extended polygons when drawing maps or when importing from exchange formats. The formation of the mathematical basis of air navigation maps according to ICAO requirements has been finalized, user rights settings for editing maps from the GIS Server have been expanded, cadastral and geodetic task complexes have been updated.
As reported, the task of connecting geoportals has been improved to obtain information at a given point about terrain objects based on the WMS protocol. From the geoportal of the National Spatial Data System, you can request the date of registration of the object, cadastral number, status, land category, cost of a plot or building and other parameters. Geoportals that support querying information at a point when displaying tiles display data in the Object Selection dialog: object metric, semantic characteristics, and object metadata. You can copy object information to exchange formats. For the National Spatial Data System geoport, the display of the Parcels (signatures), Buildings (signatures) layers was added, the response node and classifier data mapping files were added to ensure semantic mapping. Added information search dialog on geoportal. The dialog allows you to perform an address search on the OpenStreetMap geoportal, search by cadastral number on the National Spatial Data System geoportal, end-to-end search on Panorama KB geoportals or geoportals that support the OGC WFS standard. The dialog displays the geometry of objects, the semantics of objects, and highlights them in the map.
In the Search for Address dialog, optimize the search for objects or intersections by partially matching street names and house numbers. The search results generate a table of found objects or intersections. When you select an entry in the table, you navigate to the object in the map. Added Object Information View. When the search parameters are changed, objects are selected automatically according to other conditions.
In the Map Editor task, in the Cut and Stitch panel, the Create Polygon by Boundary of Surrounding Paths mode has been updated. Mode creates a multipolygon defined by the boundaries of adjacent polygon loops and closed linear objects within a specified closed loop or selected object. If you press Ctrl and press the left button mice over some area or closed linear object, the multipolygon is based on the base path for which the specified point is internal. If the specified point is within multiple contours, all such contours will intersect. Konturs for which the point is outside will trim the intersections from the base path to create a path around the point based on the adjacent boundaries. If you press Ctrl and click over an empty area, the base path is a rectangular path 3/4 of the current map window centered at the selected point. If more than one blank portion of the map falls within the specified area, only one object is created that spans the selected point. The Length and Distance mode adds the display of distance values from the start of the object and the ability to save measurements to the map as objects.
In the menu on the right mouse button, the item "Copy point coordinates" has been added. Selecting a menu item or clicking Ctrl + Alt + C copies the coordinates of the current point on the map to the clipboard as a string of numbers separated by a space. The units and coordinate values correspond to those set in the coordinate display line. Degrees and radians are written as decimal numbers with a fractional part.
In the Map Calculations task, the Search for Point on Object mode has been improved. Added the ability to search for one point or parcel between two points specified by distance from the beginning of the object with setting the display parameters of the parcel. The application task "Automatic arrangement of signatures" has been finalized. The task is used to create signatures on the semantics of objects. Signatures are created on linear, point, and area objects. Signing of area long objects (zones along rivers, canals and area objects in the form of strips) has been implemented. This signing mode is activated when the As Linear Centerline check box on the Settings tab is selected. The updated algorithm automatically determines how the signing centerline is drawn. The centerline is formed by free-form contours (rivers, channels), or - by a set of background signature bands loaded from exchange formats (SHP, MIF/MID).
The task "Automatic placement of signatures" can be performed as a separate task, as well as as as part of the script for processing the card, or the scenario for loading the card from exchange formats. In the latter case, the call to the signing task is included in the fromshp and frommif files.
When displaying signatures having the service semantics "Angle of rotation of the sign (in degrees)" with code 31017, the signature is oriented according to the value specified in the semantics. When you rotate, the label aligns with the center and midline of the metric point.
The applied problem "Formation of the mathematical basis of air navigation maps" has been finalized. The design of the mathematical basis is brought into line with the ICAO guidelines. Added separate adjustment of intervals between parallels and meridians, frequency and sizes of main, additional and auxiliary strokes. Corrected stroke orientation for western and southern hemispheres.
The Classifier Editor task adds the keyword "H1" for semantics of type "Numerical Formula" for use in calculations or when automatically generating text signatures of height values of the first point of an object.
Expanded the list of restrictions for users to manage data opened from the Server GIS: restrictions can be set on copying (exporting to other formats, transferring objects to other maps), printing, viewing coordinate system parameters, editing coordinates, storing copies of edited objects, accessing the cache on the client without registering with the Server GIS, editing the RSC digital classifier and others. Restrictions are set by the program administrator through the web interface and saved in the GIS Server settings. Barring editing coordinates allows changing only attribute data of map objects (semantics) without changing coordinates or coordinate system parameters in the map passport (metadata).
In the complex of "Cadastral tasks" the regime "Information from the state cadastre of real estate" has been finalized. Sending requests to the National Spatial Data System service instead of the Public Cadastral Map service has been implemented. It is supported to obtain information about the following types of cadastral objects: land, buildings, structures, objects of unfinished construction, zones with special conditions for using the territory, borders of municipalities and settlements, borders of water bodies. The information received at the request is displayed in the Cadastral Object Attributes dialog. It is supported to re-select a point on the map to query cadastral information without closing the dialog. "CBT reading and map updating" mode has been improved. When processing attributes of cadastral objects, the order of writing attributes with the type "code from classifier" to semantics has been changed. Before you save the attribute value, you search for the value code or, if the code is not found, the name of the value. If the reference book does not contain the desired value, then the attribute value will be stored in the reserve semantics as a text value. Attribute "cadastral number of other real estate objects within which the real estate object is located" instead of semantics KN_LAND is written to the KADNUM_L.
In the "Map-plan of the territory" mode, it is possible to select a schema for generating an XML document. The formation of an electronic document according to the MapPlanTerritory_v01.xsd and MapPlanTerritory_v02.xsd schemes is supported. This ensures the implementation of complex cadastral works in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the task "Geodetic Editor" the dialog "Search by cadastral number or address" has been improved. When choosing the search source "USRN information," sending requests to the National Spatial Data System service instead of the Public Cadastral Map service is implemented. In addition to searching by cadastral number, a search has been added to the USRN at the address in the USRN. Based on the search results, the map is moved to the found point and the attributes of the found cadastral object are displayed in the standard map object description dialog. The Create Schematic and Populate Report and Populate Report for Object modes have improved the order in which area information is inserted into the report. New marker "# AREADOCMAP0#" processing has been added to insert the area value of the cadastral object into the report with selection of AREADOC semantics or calculated value in the map projection. The area value is inserted with rounding to whole meters. The dialog "Report settings" has been improved, the composition of the elements (fields) for managing the content of the generated scheme has been clarified, outdated elements have been removed and the composition of the templates of the generated report in the drop-down list has been updated.

Version 15.3.2 for Astra Linux Special Edition 1.8
In "KB Panorama" developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.3.2 for the OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" 1.8. This version implements the tasks of automatically arranging object signatures and displaying a map legend. The multiple copy mode of the map editor has been added in tasks that allow you to select a coordinate system and map projection. The functionality of loading parameters from the XML file was implemented, an update of classifiers located on the GIS Server was added. This was announced on October 25, 2024 by representatives of the Panorama design bureau.
As reported, the task "Automatic placement of signatures" has been added, designed to create signatures of objects based on their semantic characteristics. You can customize signature settings such as target map, scale, object views, and localization settings. You can save the settings to a parameter file and then use them to reprocess the objects in the map that you previously processed.
The "Map Legend" task is implemented, which provides information on the composition of the document: maps, matrices, screens, geoportals and other elements. You can control the visibility of data by dragging and dropping in the list to change the order of layers. Data items are accompanied by icons, and their names can be displayed in full or abbreviated form. You can use Object Lists to save selection sets to your map. These sets are formed using filters or manually and cover all maps in the document. Lists of objects are saved in a special file with the extension OBX, the name of which is the same as the name of the main document. These lists can be used for different operations on groups of objects, such as selection, union, intersection, search, and signature.
The Multiple Copy Object mode has been added to the Map Editor, allowing you to create copies of an object or group of objects in a given direction, with a certain amount and space. You can specify the direction of reproduction along the coordinate axes or vector by specifying the required parameters. Once the values are set, the map displays the contours of all copies, which can then be confirmed and saved. The reproduction options are available for editing through the context menu.
The Map Passport, Raster Projection Transform, and Raster Projection Settings tasks enhance the ability to customize the coordinate system and map projection. The Map Passport task adds the ability to save user settings to an XML file. All three tasks have added the ability to download previously saved settings from the XML file that is part of the installation and contains the most frequently used settings. In addition, the user can independently prepare an XML file with a description of the necessary projections and coordinate systems that will be processed in the dialogs. Added a tool to centrally update classifiers at client workstations when they are updated on the GIS Server. In the "Data Placement" dialog, a field has been added to specify the GIS host Server version at least 11.0.8 with classifier standards. Classifiers from the server share are automatically updated on the client. If there are classifiers in the template with the same name, but different extensions, the RSC format is given priority. If the extension is different on the client, the classifier type is automatically replaced with the type hosted on the server. To reduce the load on the network, updating can occur with a slight delay.
Added support for the operating system "Astra Linux Special Edition" version 1.8. "Astra Linux Special Edition" is a domestic certified operating system with built-in Information Security Tools (IPS) information for stable and safe operation IT infrastructures of any scale and processing of information of various degrees of confidentiality. Version 15.3.1 for Astra Linux Special Edition
On October 7, 2024, Panorama KB announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.3.1 for OCAstra Linux Special Edition. In the updated version, the task of viewing the attributes of spatial database objects connected through DBM files is implemented. Tools for automatic decryption of satellite images have been added, the task of comparing altitude matrices has been developed, the list of supported formats for exporting map data to the Mbtiles pyramid of tiles has been expanded, map editing modes have been improved.
According to the company, the program implements the task "View attributes from the database." The mode provides the display of attributes of objects from spatial databases connected through DBM files, arbitrary attribute tables. For each table you select from the database, you add a bookmark that displays its contents. Up to three user-selected tables can additionally be placed under all bookmarks. Table entries can be filtered by column, by attribute value, or by a specified SQL query. Sorted and filtered table entries can be saved to a text CSV file using Export to CSV mode. The Map Location mode synchronizes a table entry and a map object associated via a DBM file or utility fields.
The capabilities of the Panorama GIS for automatic decryption of satellite images have been expanded. The task "Automatic recognition of satellite images" has been added a neural network model for highlighting the contours of buildings on images of the area. To train the model, satellite images of the cities of the Russian Federation were used together with vector maps containing the applied contours of the roofs and walls of buildings. The resulting model provides recognition accuracy over 90%. The service brings the recognized contours of buildings to a rectangular shape and adjusts their location so that they exactly correspond to the foundation of buildings.
The "Automatic Satellite Image Recognition" task allows you to process terrain images in RSW/JPG/TIFF/PNG formats and data from open geoportals. For accurate determination of building contours, the spatial resolution of images should be from 0.5 to 1 meter/pixel. The processing results are transmitted to the user as a vector map downloaded over the WFS protocol. The task is called from the Launch Applications list - Automatic creation of objects. Recognition of building contours in satellite images of the city of Moscow within an area of 25 square kilometers took 2 minutes 20 seconds. As a result, 2895 objects were created.
The task "Comparison of height matrices" was added, designed to compare the information of two identical height matrices. The initial data are two open height matrices. The output matrix contains relative heights of the second matrix with respect to the first matrix, that is, a difference in heights of the second and first matrix or a module of this difference is entered into each element of the output matrix. You can select the scale, precision (feature size), and dimensions of the matrix you are creating. By default, the dimensions of the matrix are set to the dimensions of the first matrix, and you can change them later by selecting the corresponding map fragment.
The task "Map Editor" has been improved. In Object Stitching mode, the stitching quality of area objects is optimized by adding pre-alignment of contours before object stitching. In Cut from Polygon mode, you can also select the shape of the object to save. When you cut the original polygon into two or more parts, the result is saved as a single multipolygon, and the outer parts of the object are written to a single object. The Generate Multipolygon option is added to the context menu of the mode, when disabled, the external parts of the cut object are saved to separate area objects. The Create Combined Sign mode has been added to the Align Selected Objects toolbar. A combination sign is a set of vector objects that are selected from the map classifier, have a common anchor point, and are placed vertically. Once mapped, the combined sign can be edited as a single object.
The task "Export to the Mbtiles pyramid" has been finalized. In addition to support for jpeg, png and png8 formats, the option to save tiles to webp format has been added. The webp format supports a loss-of-quality compression algorithm without loss of quality. A compressed image on average takes up 30% less space than png. The webp format supports transparency, like png, and can contain metadata for an image.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic geoinformation system. The program is designed for accumulation, storage, automated processing and display of data, calculation results and forecasts with geospatial binding. GIS "Panorama" contains means for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of a 3D model, predicting the consequences of emergency situations at hazardous facilities, monitoring the movement of aircraft, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from navigation devices/ GPS, GLONASS printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.
