PAC "MARS" is the hardware and software basis of the domestic multilevel automated information and measuring system (AIIS) of integrated accounting of resources in CII, and ensures the secure functioning of technological and corporate security circuits of the CII object.

It is used to control technological processes within the framework of the system of commercial accounting of electricity and capacity (AIIS KUE) at the upper level of infrastructure - the branch level. Designed for servicing distribution substations of different voltage classes 220 - 110 - 35 - 10 - 0.4 kV. It can be a source of telemetric information for the automated process control system (ACS), which provides centralized control of facilities, including for solving SCADA/OMS/DMS/WFM tasks.

The introduction of the MARS PAC covers a large block of key business processes power engineers, which gives a significant gain in timing and cost.

The PAC includes tools for server, terminal and switching equipment on the domestic electronic component base (ECB), system and system-wide technologically independent software of domestic development, provided with a full life cycle, as well as domestic application software.

PAC "MARS" corresponds to the class of protection not lower than K1 for automated information and measuring systems in CII. Computer equipment as part of the complex - not lower than class 5 of protection, information protection equipment not lower than class 4 of protection.

MTBF - at least 20,000 hours; average service life - at least 10 years (except for UPS batteries).
