Vladimir Putin was introduced to the Galaxy software

On July 9, 2019, Galactica Corporation presented a platform for end-to-end process management at all stages of the product life cycle from the industry level to the workplace, industrial services, as well as solutions for the digitalization of power, transport, executive authorities and constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Software Product Release

On March 6, 2019, Galactica Corporation announced the release of a software product - the Galaxy MES system, which supplemented the line of solutions for implementing end-to-end production management at all levels: production association, enterprise, workshop. The key users of Galaxy MES will be mechanical engineering enterprises: automotive, aircraft and shipbuilding, instrument engineering, engine building, electronic production, equipment and metalworking, including defense industry enterprises.

According to the developer's statement, the Galaxy MES system is designed to manage production at the in-house level: operational planning of operations and work within production units, monitoring and collecting data on the performance of operations and the state of equipment, analyzing the effectiveness of the use of basic production resources (process equipment and production personnel).

The system supports several options for the interface part for users, including mobile terminals, and is also equipped with interfaces for collecting data in electronic form from technological equipment: industrial controllers, sensors, etc. This allows you to quickly issue tasks for performing operations directly to workplaces to performers, receive information about the execution of tasks and the state of production resources, take into account when online planning online the execution of tasks and the actual state of resources, the developer noted.

As the Galactica company emphasized, the Galaxy MES system can be implemented and operated both in conjunction with other solutions of the corporation: Galaktika ERP (enterprise resource management system) and Galactica AMM (production management system), and in integration with the top-level production management system and the third-party ERP system. Data exchange between solutions is realized through an integration bus, for example, the "ESB Galaxy." A local option is also possible for small and medium-sized enterprises with a small range and volume of production orders, when the MES Galaxy is implemented and operated autonomously, without interaction with other systems.
