R-Keeper CRM is the automated control system of strategy of customer interaction intended for increase in sales level, optimization of marketing and improvement of customer service.

2014: PDS-booth

On July 16, 2014 the UCS company announced addition in the automated control system for the strategy of customer interaction of R-Keeper CRM – the PDS-booth.

Technology innovation helps guests to fill up independently the personal plastic card and to control account transactions.

The PDS-booth can be used in large multifunction shopping and entertainment centers with high capacity, with a large number of various game machines and other attractions.

Using the PDS-booth the client will independently recharge. The PDS-booth can be involved in aquaparks, movie theaters and restaurants with the original concept like "card on an input".

The software does not require the original equipment and is established on any payment terminal supplied with the card reader and the bill acceptor.

The PDS-booth can be integrated with one of the UCS software products: R-Keeper, Game-Keeper, UCS Premiere, UCS Subscription, UCS-Shelter, Delivery or several of them.
