2020: Start of the automated line

On September 22, 2020 the Ruselectronics holding announced State Corporation Rostec start of the automated line of production of printed circuit boards for power meters with automatic data transmission. Capacities will allow to produce up to 50 thousand payments monthly.

The start to production at the Rybinsk plant of instrument making of Vega concern of Ruselectronics holding was given by the governor of the Yaroslavl region Dmitry Mironov. Opening of the automated line became one of stages of implementation of the tripartite agreement between IDGC of Centre, Vega concern and the government of the Yaroslavl region signed in 2018.

Production consists of the laser marker, the printer of a stencil process, the installer, the furnace of convection flow and also includes section of automatic optical inspection and installation of the selection soldering.

The Rybinsk plant of instrument making continues to increase production, turning out products conforming to requirements of time. The started project is designed to solve a problem of accounting of an expense of the electric power: "smart" counters will promote formation of base for digital transformation of an electric grid. It is one more step to development of digital economy in our country, – Dmitry Mironov noted.

The started production allows to automate transactions which were executed manually earlier. For example – the equipment independently makes installation of components on a payment on the program set by the operator.

Thanks to section of automatic optical inspection control and identification of possible defects on an end product also happens in the automatic mode.

Automation of all sections of production of printed circuit boards allows to exclude a human factor and to increase quality of products. Opening of the line will provide increase in a share of civil products at the enterprise to 30%. Considering the large-scale federal program for implementation of intelligent metering devices of the electric power, we are going to get the first profit in 2021, – the CEO of Vega concern Vyacheslav Mikheyev said.

"Smart" counters provide automatic collecting and transfer of indications to the operator of data and also allow users to monitor the volume of the consumed energy and to pay services through mobile application. Expansion of functionality of devices is in the future planned – there will be an opportunity to turn off supply of electricity to specific rooms of the apartment (for example if forgot to switch off the iron or the electric stove).
