Securix: protection of subjects to strategic appointment

Situational analytical centers are logical development and top of evolution of the direction of information security. The situational centers ensure complex safety of cultural events, sports constructions, buildings and industrial facilities. In city scales such solutions help to estimate a situation and to optimize traffic flows, to improve a criminogenic situation and a status of housing stock and objects of engineering infrastructure. For creation of the similar centers "KABEST" within the conference presented the unique solution SECURIX providing integration of diverse means and security systems into a common information space. Information collected by the SECURIX system after analytical processing is a basis at data preparation for the system of risks assessment and decision support.

Creation of the situational centers is one of the most relevant problems of quality improvement of a management activity within large enterprises and state bodies.

Securix allows to integrate in one intellectually managed system a number of various security subsystems among which there are a control and access control, video surveillance, security and disturbing signaling, the fire warning, warning systems and many others. Thus employees of security services of any object have an opportunity of centralized operation and pro-active response to potential threats.

Due to flexible functionality of a product of Asteros the high level of security not only buildings and constructions, but also certain territories is reached. Thanks to thin setup of the platform and ample opportunities of integration into the additional hardware, for example, the systems of geopositioning, thermal imagers, gas analyzers, Securix scopes are actually not limited. Besides, the platform is universal and capable to integrate in a uniform complex the equipment of different producers, both Russian, and foreign.

2016

In September, 2016 the Asteros Group announced inclusion in the Unified register of the Russian software of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of the integration Securix platform. The product of Asteros is intended for a comprehensive protection of subjects to strategic appointment and has no domestic analogs on functionality and integration opportunities.

The product of Asteros is recognized the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications to the conforming all requirements of the Unified register of the domestic software, and recommended for purchases by state authorities and corporations and also to the state and municipal customers within support of import substitution in IT market. The Register of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications also included some more products of the Asteros group: solutions "Asteros Business Contact", "Asteros Business Kontakt.Telecom" and "Asteros Contact Avia", service A3 platform.

2015

In September, 2015 the group "Announced Asteros Securix reengineering — the integration platform for protection of subjects to strategic appointment. The product provides intellectual management of an end-to-end system of security, minimizes risks and prevents incidents on objects and territories.

The Securix platform integrates diverse software and hardware tools into a common information space and provides system collecting and data processing, arriving from the different technical means of protection installed on the protected object. Centralized operation allows to have the complete information about a status of all operated systems and to use it for pro-active protection against different threats and also ensuring quick and exact reaction on the taking place events. Besides, Securix is flexibly scaled under needs of business and gives the chance to increase functionality of already applied solutions in the field of security.

Roots of creation Securix leave in the beginning of the 90th years when for one of the largest Russian banks the software prototype for collection of information was created. Since 2004 the basic part of the Securix platform was developed by specialists of "Skada-Soft" who passed afterwards into the Kabest company which entered then in the Asteros group. Development of technologies and the increased customers needs stimulated expansion integration and functionality of the platform. In 2013 in Asteros the division on complex security and anti-terrorist protection was created, one of problems of which afterwards was a reengineering of Securix for increase in efficiency of a product and expansion of spheres of its application.

Therefore we announced reset of own developments. Securix is the flexible integration platform integrating technologies and processes of ensuring complex security. It is the reliable tool which minimizes costs and also reduces the cost of ownership and service of the hardware and software system which is responsible for security of any object – from football stadium to the airport or city amusement park".

Securix has analytical functionality that allows to develop a complex of preventive measures of protection of an object, to prepare different reports for identification of threats, to create scenarios of work in critical situations. At the same time a system archives data on a situation change history at the enterprise and actions of employees. Such approach reduces risk of emergence of "a human factor" and prevents violations of the security regulation on an object. Besides, Securix carries out photoidentification of visitors and traces their routes, including when moving on motor transport.

The systems of protection Securix function in buildings of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Moscow office of the TNK-BP oil company (enters into Rosneft), office and on the production site of NPK "Ural Carriage-Building Plant", offices of companies "Gazprom Media Holding" and Absolyut Group, at nine plants "Sun InBev" and in TsVK "Expocentre". Also based on Securix the complex of monitoring of industrial security and labor protection of RN-Bureniye company is constructed.

2010

The KABEST company is ready to offer the experience in case of creation of large distributed control systems, the decision making support systems (DMSS) and the situational centers (SC). STs is the technically difficult and large-scale project including such tasks as:

• choice of the effective hardware-software platform, creation of the systems of DPC and equipment of situational rooms and control objects;
• creation of a single end-to-end system of management based on integration of diverse information collection systems and component analysis;
• creation of reporting system including subsystems of processing of multidimensional data (OLAP), based on the systems of a fuzzy logic (fuzzy logic), the systems of the intellectual analysis of video images, the systems of object recognition and expert systems;
• creation of a subsystem the "Dashboard of the head" allowing the persons making decisions (PMD) to get the most convenient access to all available information required for objective assessment of the situation;
• creation of a system of the protected electronic document management within STs;
• creation of a system of simulation modeling and forecasting of situations.

Ultimate goal of creation of STs is analytical support of the procedures and processes allowing to analyze, model and predict quickly scenarios of development of the situation and also to develop effective management decisions on this base. The STs complex provides functioning in the following modes:

• operational management on the basis of arriving in close to real time of data,
• crisis management, based on model of threats and templates of crisis situations,
• tactical management on the basis of the system of simulation modeling,
• strategic management on the basis of expert data and intellectual processing of data arrays of STs.

The principal functional parts of STs available to operators, can be:

• Indicator panel (in the situational room or in a mobile workplace):
• provides the aggregated reporting information on the current situation with use of means of evident data visualization,
• provides mechanisms for acceptance of operational management decisions.
• Operational reports
• creates and displays analytical reports in a tabular, graphic or cartographic style,
• creates and displays analytical multidimensional reports in a foreground mode (OLAP) in any cuts on the selected measurements
• directs the user to primary reporting or factual data
• The help file or the accumulated knowledge base on the best practices of solutions in different situations.
• System of video monitoring and organization of a video conferencing.
