2022: Work on the transfer of Vezubr to a full-fledged EDO
As of July 2022, work is underway to transfer Vezubr to a full-fledged legally significant paperless document flow (EDM) with the ability to receive all the necessary transport documents in electronic format ( including, but not limited to, ETrN (electronic bill of lading), forwarding receipt, waybill, etc.). The entire infrastructure for a complete transition to paperless document management is already ready.
The plans of LogoSoft LLC for 2022 are also to introduce an additional PRR service (loading and unloading operations) into the platform functionality. These works are aimed at placing and storing cargo.
2021
Conversion from aggregator to software for aggregators
In 2020, Vezubr turned from an aggregator of intra-city transportationON into for aggregators (digital forwarding agents). Since 2021, many new modules have appeared that microservices allow you to optimize various logistics costs and costs (document management,, transportation logistics cost calculation, cargo routing, etc.). Negotiations launched in 2019 with one of the operators of the Kaluga Astral EDO led to the transfer of a significant part of transport documents into electronic form, which allowed freight transport participants to exchange electronic packages of accompanying transport documentation. These include scans of transport, commodity and accounting documents online. This became possible, among other things, due to the functionality of the Smart mobile application. For example, goods acceptance, route and document management, etc.
Forwarding Agent's Office
Vezubr helps to manage both its own and attracted fleet in a single window and by a single standard. Since in the high season not only freight forwarders, but also carriers are forced to use attracted transport, they automatically become freight forwarders. It was for this reason that a full-fledged forwarding office was formed on the Vesubre platform. The following developments were carried out in it:

Keeping records of cargo items
The Vesubr ecosystem has expanded its functionality due to the development of a cargo metering system. The functionality of accounting for the commodity part includes:
- uploading a load meter for each order from its accounting systems using API and mobile application;
- Real-time tracking of their delivery status
- scanning QR and BAR codes by the driver during loading/unloading;
- accounting of commodity returns and return cargo carriers.
Flight Distribution Block
The innovations of the platform from 2021 can also include the introduction of additional functionality in the flight distribution unit according to any given logic. Thus, the platform will quickly and at the optimal cost select the necessary transport for the application, taking into account the rating of carriers or vehicle parameters. According to developers from LogoSoft LLC (LogoSoft), the service will allow you to choose the geography of trips, types of applications (city/city), and will also make it possible to filter flights according to the necessary parameters (proximity, rating of carriers or vehicle parameters and price) and make settings responsible for each flight.

Launch of the logistics ecosystem
On August 12, 2020, Logosoft announced that Vezubr, an online service for optimizing and controlling cargo transportation and document management, has completed the transition to a full-fledged concept of its product - a transport ecosystem that will solve all the main tasks of managing cargo transportation in a single interface with full privacy protection for all categories of users.
The Vezubr ecosystem is the next stage in the development of the platform of the same name, which at the time of its introduction in 2016 was known as a cargo aggregator, combining the flows of transportation orders from cargo owners and applications for their execution from proven carriers.
After testing the entire chain of functions and software potential embedded in Vezubr in the aggregator, the project is overgrown with microservices and begins to work as a full-fledged transport ecosystem.
Vezubr offers users in a single window a set of 9 microservices, each of which can be combined into any chain to solve the urgent tasks of the transport company and the cargo owner.
Among the services offered are:
- electronic document flow (using KEP, NEP and blockchain);
- integration with existing ERP- and TMS- systems of own customers (as per API systems of the parties,, etc SAP 1C Axapta.);
- trading unit;
- Automatic pricing based on smart contracts
- Warehouse Management System (YMS) a scoring check unit for counterparties, vehicles and drivers;
- a routing unit;
- unit of automated distribution of orders using AI;
- freight flow insurance.
In the near future application , it is planned to add services for managing delivery notes to the transport order, as well as a service for forming transfer documents (delivery note, power of attorney for receiving goods, forwarding receipt, route list, submarine). In the future, the company is going to complement the ecosystem with additional microservices to carry out the full cycle of logistic services.

According to developers from LogoSoft, the fragmentation of transport systems greatly reduces the speed and efficiency of work in the industry. Therefore, Vezubr has created in its product a single working area of equidirectional communication between all participants in the transport chain in a familiar working environment with the function of clear and safe distribution of work paths for itself, its employees and its customers.
The ecosystem architecture allows for multi-layered seamless data exchange between all four key business process loops: the cargo owner's and carrier's personal offices, the driver's mobile application, and their internal corporate systems for each of the users.
According to LogoSoft CEO Igor Alexandrov, existing TMS solutions have only one application vector and are intended to fulfill the goals of only the implementing company with most transportation processes with direct contact offline. This allows you to cover your own needs, but has many disadvantages when used by other participants in freight transportation: the lack of the ability to work employees remotely; impossibility of prompt attraction of new private carriers; Low level of data exchange automation Inability to work in the same interface (especially when partners use different TMS and accounting systems) finally, there is insufficient confidence in the transmitted and stored information.
It is not necessary to change your TMS system to work in the ecosystem: Vezubr can become an add-on over already implemented systems and fill empty niches through microservices and seamless integration.
The ecosystem allows users to work on any of their transport tasks by highlighting separate closed loops/sites for interaction of customers, contractors and fuel and energy complex with the corresponding roles "loop manager" or "guest in the loop." Each "guest" invited by the contour manager, in turn, can transfer to work with all his counterparties in the same window, activating or registering his own contour and becoming the manager in it, explained in LogoSoft.
Such a method of a peer circuit ensures data security within each link: the "controlling his/her loop" has access only to the data of his/her "guest," but not to his/her own invited. This also allows you to solve another global goal - for customers and contractors to manage all their transportation in a single interface and avoid the need to work in different counterparty systems.

Since its inception in 2016, the Vezubr project has attracted three rounds of investment. The total amount of funding for the software product during this time amounted to $5.5 million.
2019

B2b-transportation aggregator Vezubr received more than 30 applications from female drivers in the first week since announcing the same conditions for drivers without age and gender restrictions. The company is pleasantly surprised by such an interest in the profession among women. At the same time, according to the representative of Vezubr Ivan Pachko, in this event there are more reasons for sadness than joy.

Vezubr also conducted its own analytical research, requesting in Rosstat a number of public structures and logistics associations indicators for the number of trucks cars and data on women's rights issued to manage this category of vehicles.

Launch of streaming cargo insurance service on Vezubr platform
AlfaStrakhovanie and the intra-city transportation aggregator Vezubr launched a streaming cargo insurance service on June 27, 2019. Kaluga Astral is the official partner of the Vezubr system
On March 4, 2019, the domestic company LogoSoft announced that the developer of the service for digitizing legally significant document management, Kaluga Astral, has become an official partner of the Vezubr cargo transportation management system.
By the end of March 2019, within the framework of the partnership, it is planned to complete the formation of an electronic document flow loop on the Vezubr platform. It will allow cargo owners and carriers to exchange electronic packages of accompanying transport documentation, including an electronic waybill.
According to representatives of LogoSoft, which develops Vezubr, their product is an evolutionary continuation of internal corporate software for managing Traft-OnLine cargo transportation. As of the beginning of 2019, with its help since 2015, the capital's forwarding agent Traft has carried out more than 100 thousand transportation in the Russian Federation. According to shareholders, electronic document management (EDO) in Vezubr should become a key factor in the scaling and expansion of the product into a dynamic market for uberization of road cargo transportation.
According to LogoSoft CEO Ivan Pachko, the key goal of the Veuzbr service is to become an analogue of Capital One for the bureaucratic and poorly efficient logistics industry in Russia: a system with a single, simple and secure entry point for cargo owners and carriers and complete automation in the cloud of key processes. Full automation without digitizing the most important documents involved in transportation, according to Pachko, is impossible.
Therefore, Vezubr turned to a software developer and one of the operators of the Kaluga Astral EDO for help. Based on its own software solutions, the partner built modules for automation and exchange of legally significant documents, and also ensured data synchronization with 1C and other corporate systems used by cargo owners - the first Vezubr participants.
According to Alexander Novoseltsev, project manager at Kaluga Astral, this partnership with the uber cargo is a good opportunity to simultaneously deploy the entire range of its IT products at full capacity. These include various modules for automating document flow: all types of electronic signatures, a service for transferring fiscal documents according to 54-FZ requirements, services built into 1C, as well as online solutions for checking counterparties, sending reports and exchanging documents between counterparties.
Creation of CLS freight aggregator
In 2019, Vezubr creates a freight aggregator under the CLS (Corporate Logistic System) brand. The decision to launch the brand is due to an experimental offshoot of the product in the process of developing and testing markets and demand. Later, it was decided to suspend the activities of the aggregator, since the market showed the unwillingness of cargo owners to work with a large number of random carriers.
2018: Closing of Investment Fund
In October 2018, it became known that the Vezubr platform closed the next investment round. This time, the ex-top manager of Auchan Taimuraz Agarizaev and the regional distributor of the Unilever, Ferrero and Efco brands Hamlet Zargaryan invested in the system. The amount of funds raised was not disclosed.
The investments are aimed at developing a number of innovations: the technology of a single tariff, which will allow cargo owners to receive an accurate forecast in advance by the cost of the upcoming transportation by analogy with taxi aggregators, as well as a system for prioritizing and dispatching orders based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. An important part of the costs is already aimed at finalizing the EDO.
2016: Creation of the Vezubr project
The Vezubr project was created in 2016.
From the very beginning, it was decided to beat the Russian-language word in the name in order to emphasize the domestic origin of the project. As a result, the choice fell on the word form Vezubr, which gives a good association for the verb "carry" and "bison." Bison is a powerful animal listed in the Red Book and capable of jumping obstacles up to two meters in height. At the output - a product reflecting the scope of activity in the name.
The product logo is also associated with Zubr, with the shape of the ball representing the globality of the company's business. At the same time, the ball symbolizes a connection with the logistics sphere.
In the corporate style of the project, orange and peach colors were beaten. The font is designed in a general strict style.
