Novikombank is a client of BSS company since 2011 and uses the BSS RBS systems for legal entities and physical persons and also the specialized systems and services: "Notification server", "BSS Fraud-Analiz", "Settlement Center of Corporation" (SCC)", "BSS e-Government Gate". In 2017 the bank updated the RBS system for private clients, on the omnichannel solution CORREQTS Retail.

During implementation there was a problem of integration of the RBS system into the core banking system of Diasoft (web services) and processing of UCS that was executed based on the Standard Integration Solution (SIS) of BSS Company.

At the first stage the command conducted a preproject research with determination of all parameters of future system and its compliance to requirements of the customer. Further the design was branded and the integration solution was developed, hardware-software providing was established. Migration of pilot group and trial operation with participation of employees of the bank became the next step. Implementation in January, 2018 came to the end with migration of all clients and start of a system.

Among advantages it should be noted:

  • fast and convenient payments and transfers;
  • a possibility of receiving up-to-date data on the client's products online before performing transactions;
  • the regular and timely notification of clients about new accounts for housing and communal services, taxes, penalties and a possibility of payment of the received accounts without need to visit bank department;
  • selection and use of new banking products (accounts, deposits, credits);
  • flexible management by texts of offers for transactions of service and payment with differentiation for document types;
  • repayment of the credits (planned and early);
  • the order of references of different types with differentiation on types of products of the client;
  • the mechanism of notifications on channels: sms, push, e-mail.
