TANAiS also implemented a project at the UAC to introduce a unified business process and document management system Directum RX. As part of this task, more than 20 thousand users were automated, processes were doubled, and time costs for the process decreased by 60%, TANAiS said.

For the special tasks of the UAC, two solutions were modified and configured - intelligent document processing using the Directum Ario solution and the Directum Solo mobile application.

Developed 100 views of forms, 45 procedures, tasks and process options, 30 reference books, 15 document types, 15 scenarios, eight new solutions for process optimization, five background processes, four reports, two registers.
