Netrika Medicine announced on August 29, 2023 that it was putting into commercial operation the solution "Regional Segment of FRMO/FRMR 2.0." The product is developed on the basis of the MDM system "N3. NSI Management Board."

The solution allows you to create full copies of the regional segments of the federal register of medical workers (RS FRMR) and the federal register of medical organizations (RS FRMO) version 2.0. Copies are created within the "N3. NSI Management" system and are automatically updated according to the specified schedule.

We were able to start practical implementation of this development after June 30, 2023, when the procedure for connecting information systems to the latest versions of the FRMO and the FRMR was published on the Portal for Operational Interaction of Uniform State Health Information System participants, - said Andrei Sobolev, head of the N3 department. The NSI Management Board - the first region to send us its application, was the Arkhangelsk Region. In the near future we will complete this work in the Murmansk, Kursk, Tambov, Rostov regions and the Stavropol Territory. Application systems and subsystems of the Uniform State Health Information System are translated to the use of the data of the CMR and the CMR version 2.0 at the level of the Uniform State Health Information System, therefore it is important that regional information systems use the same information as the federal ones. Our solution helps to minimize errors in the transfer of data to the Uniform State Health Information System and improves the quality of information exchange between the regional and federal levels of health care, "said Andrei Sobolev.

On August 7, 2020, Netrika announced that it had completed a project to create registers of medical workers and medical organizations as part of the modernization of the NSI Management service of the regional segment of the Uniform State Health Information System of the Arkhangelsk Region. The project was implemented on the basis of the information system "N3. Management of NSI" - a domestic MDM solution that ensures the unity of master data and NSI between systems of various levels.

According to the company, the Federal Registers of Medical Workers (FRMR) and medical organizations are (FRMO) part of the Uniform State Health Information System and are mandatory for both state and private clinics. At the same time, the data contained in the registers are also in demand at the regional level - for updating internal directories of information systems, checking access rights to patient data, for the formation of statistical and analytical reports.

Regional registers of medical workers and medical organizations created in the Arkhangelsk region as part of the project automatically update information about medical organizations, their structural divisions and medical workers and provide, upon request, users - information systems that interact with the regional segment of the Uniform State Health Information System of the Arkhangelsk region - including MIS medical organizations, LIS, applied regional services.

External information systems connect to regional registers using open access profiles (APIs) and access current federal register data and can use them to update internal directories and other application tasks.

The service "NSI Management" of the Arkhangelsk Region is a tool that allows you to coordinate NSI with minimal labor costs in all systems that are used in the process of providing medical care.
