Professional educational institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory submit reports using "1C:Reports"

The company 1C-Rarus"" Ministry of Education of Krasnoyarsk Territory and developed a specialized system "Entry data  and consolidation of reports of professional educational institutions." Krasnoyarsk Territory The ministry received an automated tool for monitoring and analyzing the indicators of subordinate institutions, which made it possible to accelerate the collection of management reports by 70 %. The Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk region also carries out state to the politician  regulatory legal regulation in the field of education of the region, sciences state support for innovative activities, as well as in the field of protecting the rights and guarantees of the child.

  53.7 thousand people study in 54 professional educational institutions of the region, training is carried out in 208 professions and specialties.

Early reporting was collected by  electronic mail in Excel format, monitoring and analysis of indicators was carried out manually. 1C-Rarus has developed a specialized system based on the 1C:Reports software product.

The processes of collecting and consolidating reports, as well as monitoring quantitative and qualitative indicators of regional state professional educational organizations subordinate to the ministry, have been automated. Since October 2021, 100 users from 54 technical schools and colleges have been reporting in a convenient format.

Project results:

• Transparency of the results of 54 POUs subordinate to the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been ensured.
• The quality of statistical  and analytical reporting was improved  due to automatic checks at the stage of formation of reporting forms.
• Automated generation and processing of consolidated reports on 22 reporting forms.
• The quality and speed of reporting of professional educational organizations have been improved.
• Employees of the ministry are provided with an automated tool for monitoring and analyzing the indicators of professional educational institutions.

For the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a specialized system has been developed "Data Entry and Consolidation of Reporting of Professional Educational Institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory." This tool automatically checks the key figures entered by the institutions, then consolidates them into groups of institutions, and generates summary analyses. The ministry received an automated tool for monitoring and analyzing the indicators of professional educational institutions, which made it possible to accelerate the receipt of management reporting by 70%, noted Nikitina Olga Nikolaevna, Deputy Minister of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
