Customers of JSC "Quadra" in the Lipetsk region can now quickly receive information in the event of a shutdown of hot water or heat supply. The voice assistant now talks about the reasons, timing of repair work and the resumption of services around the clock. This was announced on July 20, 2023 by RIR (RuSat Infrastructure Decisions).

To get information, just call the multichannel number of the Lipetsk branch of Quadra. The voice assistant will specify the number of the personal account and inform whether repair work on heating networks or hydraulic tests are being carried out at this address, as well as announce the timing of the resumption of the coolant supply. If there are no restrictions on the supply of resources on the part of the branch, he will tell you where to clarify the information. The service is synchronized with the branch dispatch database, which is updated in real time. The company's customers will always be provided with up-to-date information. A multiline phone can receive up to 120 incoming calls at a time.

The introduction of a voice assistant has become part of a comprehensive project to introduce digital solutions into the production activities of the branch in order to increase customer orientation and efficiency.

Earlier, RuSat Infrastructure Solutions deployed several modules of its own software complex Digital Heat Supply in Lipetsk: Central Panel, Fuel and Energy Balances, Regime Analysis. They allow you to build normative and actually balances of the distribution of coolant and thermal energy to consumers, quickly identify leaks, heat losses. Also, the software complex uses elements of artificial intelligence that allow you to compare the current readings of resource consumption or consumption with regulatory or average readings up to 1 times a minute. The system itself will notify users if deviations are detected. As a result, the efficiency of the enterprise and the speed of response to emergency situations - for example, gusts of pipelines - are increased.

Field equipment was also installed: a heat meter on the main heating main, which provides heat supply to the microdistrict, 82 ITP metering devices in 33 apartment buildings, commissioning work was carried out.
