Vladimir Buevich, Product Director for Autonomous Trunk Freight Transportation at Navio, emphasized the effectiveness of the new delivery model, which eliminates cargo downtime and provides minimal travel time compared to traditional logistics.

X5 Group plans to significantly expand the use of unmanned vehicles. In 2025, the company intends to increase the number of daily flights on autonomous trucks to 14, which will significantly optimize logistics processes.

The pilot project of autonomous cargo transportation is being implemented on one of the key transport arteries of Russia - the Neva M-11 highway connecting the two capitals. The successful introduction of unmanned technologies into the logistics of a large retail network demonstrates the potential of autonomous transport to optimize cargo transportation.

The introduction of innovative technologies allows the company to improve the efficiency of delivery of goods and optimize operational processes. The use of autonomous tractors is part of the Crossroads digital transformation strategy of logistics processes.
