Severgrupp CJSC is a private group of investment companies founded in 1993, including Severgrupp CJSC and Capital LLC. The Group's activities relate to the implementation of long-term investments and the management of stakes in the interests of Alexei Mordashov.

History

2019: Severgroup brought its stake in Lenta to 78.73%

On June 4, 2019, it became known that Severgroup LLC Alexei Mordashov, following the results of an offer for the purchase of shares of minority shareholders of the Lenta retail chain, received 78.73% in the retailer. More details here.

2017

Since 2017, Severgroup has been the owner of the Top 5 network of private honey centers in Russia Clinic Ava-Peter (Scandinavia). It includes 18 clinics in St. Petersburg, Kazan and Vologda, and also has its own pharmacy network and a network of district polyclinic departments.

Investments in Netology-Group

On August 15, 2017, Severgroup announced the acquisition of more than 40% of the shares in Netologia Group.

The shares were acquired by Severgroup through the redemption of packages owned by venture funds Buran Venture Capital and InVenture Partners, and investment in the company's capital.

The company's projects are presented in three educational modules: general secondary education, additional secondary, advanced training and professional retraining. The main areas of activity: online courses and online tutors for schoolchildren, professional courses for school teachers, online courses in the development of Internet specialties (marketing, design, project management, programming), advanced training and professional retraining programs in IT specialties and corporate training.

Severgroup enters the HR-tech market

In February, Severgroup CJSC announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in the freelance platform Ремонтник.ру from the founders of the project - Dmitry Balakirev and Alexei Sapkin and from the project's financial investor Andrei Mladentsev. This is the Group's first investment in HR-tech.
