Corus Consulting announced on January 25, 2021 that he supports IT infrastructure of "International of Restorant Brends".

At the beginning of the project specialists carried out express audit of IT infrastructure, inspected the systems of virtualization, the server hardware and infrastructure services and developed the plan for their development.

"International of Restorant Brends" has branched IT infrastructure in which there are solutions based on products of Microsoft, Qlik, Dell, Veeam and other vendors. The IT equipment of the company for January, 2021 is placed in two data processing centers in Moscow, and services are set at 15 offices and more than 260 restaurants across all Russia.

For January, 2021 engineers of the IT company render remote technical support of IT infrastructure, cloud mail service based on Microsoft Exchange, applications of a business intelligence Qlik, the ERP system, etc. Specialists trace and adjust work of SAN network and DWH, terminal farms of RDS, databases, backup systems on the Veeam platform and other components of IT infrastructure of "International of Restorant Brends".

The complex technical support provides acceptance, processing and escalation of addresses in the round-the-clock mode. For control of indicators of services in real time Corus Consulting implemented a monitoring system which collects state-of-health data of servers and other devices: more than 1.1 thousand objects among which 70% are the equipment of restaurants (switches, cash desks and the ave.). It allowed to provide the high level of availability of services and continued operation of business – a 24/7 system notifies responsibles on failures in business and critical services of IT infrastructure.

In addition specialists of the IT company created Telegram- bot which sends notifications about the expiration of validity periods of certificates of switches, about availability of services, loading processors and other events. In plans – work on improvement of fault tolerance of services and IT infrastructures in general.

This project – an excellent example of complex approach to the project of technical support. We organized for all extensive network of 'International of Restorant Brends' uniform point of entry on all technical issues and their solution, carried out IT audit, updated technical documentation and the list of licenses softwares. Undertook work on vendor interaction on current contracts of the customer. For half a year of joint work we registered and processed 1.2 thousand requests. The majority of addresses are connected with the solution of incidents in operation of the equipment and systems, monitoring of availability of the equipment, a status of databases and operability of systems. All this allowed business to reduce risks of idle times of IT infrastructure and services, so, and losses of the company, – Alexander Popov, the head of complex IT support of department of IT outsourcing of CORUS Consulting Group comments.
