The term of order taking for participation in tender is prolonged
The organizing committee introduced amendments in terms of carrying out stages of the tender "The Best Information and Analytical Tools 2017". Initially the stage of collecting and processing of requests had to come to the end on October 15, 2017. According to the made decision potential participants can submit applications all next week — up to October 29, 2017.
The competition "The Best Information and Analytical Tools 2017" is held from May 15, 2017 to January 25, 2018. Its main objective — to promote creation, identification and distribution of information and analytical tools for the purpose of quality improvement and justification of management decisions. Developers of software solutions which can be used in activity of public authorities and local government, analytical services, situational centers and project offices and also the officials responsible for acceptance of management decisions participate in tender.
During tender 20 expert actions at which specialists will be able to discuss the most effective technology platforms, analytical solutions and tools directed to improvement of a state administration will take place.
Among features of tender there is a broad spectrum of the nominations, joint (on an interdepartmental basis) determination of winners, additional opportunities of promotion and development for developers of software solutions, high interest in the project of authorities and expert community.
The representative jury is headed by the director of the department of information technologies and communication of the Government of the Russian Federation Vladislav Fedulov.

The competition "The Best Information and Analytical Tools 2017" is announced
In May, 2017 the Russian Government Analytical Centre announced the beginning of the tender "The Best Information and Analytical Tools 2017". The similar competition held in 2016 showed high interest in a subject, and the project became annual, having turned into the permanent platform on identification and distribution of the competitive and demanded at the state level information and analytical solutions.

Tender-2017 started on May 15 and will come to the end in January, 2018. For this period the task force and jury will analyze and will define the domestic and foreign software products which are best promoting increase in efficiency of management decisions in a public sector. The declaration of results of Tender and solemn rewarding of winners will take place at a final conference on January 24, 2018 in the Russian Government Analytical Centre.
Within a year within Tender there will take place expert actions at which specialists will be able to discuss the most effective technology platforms, analytical solutions and tools directed to improvement of a state administration. The first action took place already on May 24 – on it experts discussed a technique of carrying out tender, structure of the nominations, an order and rules of tender bid evaluation.

In the Russian Government Analytical Centre the "Information and Analytical Tools in Public Administration" conference during which winners of competition "The best information and analytical tools – 2016" were declared took place.
