History

2019: Merlion acquired High Energy controlling stake

On September 5, 2019 Merlion company, the Russian VAD distributor, announced entry into the capital of the Russian engineering company High Energy (Energotekh LLC) which specializes in solutions of the uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply of responsible infrastructure facilities, such as data processing centers. The existing structure and top management of High Energy remain in full.

Become a part of Merlion High Energy Group specializes in design, development, installation and service of the systems of power supply. The company has long-term experience of cooperation with the leading Russian system integrators and executes projects for the largest Russian customers, first of all, in plot area of DPCs. Total power of the objects designed and implemented by the company is more than 500 MW. For Merlion this transaction is the next important step in development of strategic directions of business and creates the widest solution portfolio in the Russian market and services in the field of creation of large infrastructure facilities that will allow partners of the company to receive the most profitable and effective complete solutions.
