History

2019: Merlion acquires majority stake in High Energy

On September 5, 2019, Merlion, a Russian VAD distributor, announced its entry into the capital of the Russian engineering company High Energy (EnergoTech LLC), which specializes in solutions for uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply to critical infrastructure facilities such as data centers. The existing structure and top management of High Energy are preserved in full.

Merlion High Energy, which became part of the Group of Companies, specializes in the design, development, installation and maintenance of power supply systems. The company has many years of experience in cooperation with leading Russian system integrators and performs projects for the largest Russian customers, primarily in the field of building data centers. The total capacity of the facilities designed and implemented by the company is more than 500 MW. For Merlion, this transaction is another important step in the development of strategic business areas and forms the widest portfolio of solutions and services on the Russian market in the field of creating large infrastructure facilities, which will allow the company's partners to receive the most profitable and effective complex solutions.
