Appointment of Sergei Bialostotsky as CEO

Launch Certification Program for RPA and BI Developers

PIX Robotics has launched a certification program for RPA and BI developers that confirms competencies in software robotization and business analytics. The certification complies with the best Russian and international practices and was developed with the support of Innopolis University. The company announced this on April 22, 2024.

PIX Expert certification allows you to test theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the field of IT product ownership for business digitalization. Certification for RPA and BI developers is available for April 2024. In the future, it is planned to expand the certification line and add exams for other areas in the field of RPA, BI, as well as process management.

For RPA developers, the certification process consists of two stages. The first is online testing for knowledge and understanding of the functionality of the system. The second is an individual online session with an expert commission, during which you need to complete a practical task. BI developer certification includes online testing and assesses the competencies required to create dashboards on the BI platform. Both exams are held using auto-proctoring. IT products that are used to perform tasks are included in the register of domestic software.

Over the past two years, Russian companies have successfully imported many IT solutions from foreign vendors. At the same time, there is a shortage of qualified specialists in domestic technologies. The PIX Expert certification is designed, on the one hand, to fill the market with IT specialists who have the skills necessary for employers, and, on the other hand, to help speed up import substitution projects in Russia in accordance with regulatory requirements through their implementation by certified experts, - commented Anna Kozlova, Head of Knowledge at PIX Robotics.

The certification of "PIX Expert" is developed and carried out with the support of the Association Center of Innopolis University. The specialists of the Association Center have a deep expertise and methodological base in the field of assessing IT competencies.

The methodologists of our Association Center, together with PIX Robotics experts, have developed a competency matrix and a question bank for certification in accordance with the technical documentation of PIX products. Certification will be carried out remotely with enhanced proctoring on the Innopolis University platform, designed to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the formation of competencies, - said Iskander Bariev, Deputy Director of Innopolis University.

2023: Expansion of the program of cooperation with Russian universities

PIX Robotics on September 4, 2023 announced the expansion of the PIX Enlightenment program to promote popular professions IT among young people. Together with leading federal and regional universities countries , the PIX Robotics team will teach students - RPA development and - BI analytics on the Russian products, as well as lead innovative projects RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT in the field of business analytics, & and robotizations AIML process management. More than 20 educational institutions have joined the program for September 2023.

PIX Education is a program of cooperation with educational institutions, the purpose of which is to train qualified IT specialists, taking into account import substitution policies. Within the framework of the program, PIX Robotics experts and representatives of customer companies will develop teaching aids, conduct master classes and hackathons for young IT specialists, help them implement innovative projects and R&D, as well as organize internships. Opening of the PIX Academy

PIX Robotics, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation Information Technology Cluster, announced the opening of the PIX Academy. For July 2020, training is provided free of charge. This was announced on July 17, 2020 by the Skolkovo Foundation.

The company creates business automation solutions to replace routine operations with a specially configured robot. PIX RPA is a robotization platform with a large range of ready-made activities and a friendly approach to implementation.

The PIX Academy is designed to make robotics accessible to both customers and partners. Video tutorials will help you learn how to create and implement PIX robots, algorithmize business processes as well as refine ready-made robots. The basic course consists of 8 lessons, after each you need to take a test. Testing opens up access to the next lesson. Based on the results of mastering the course with the maximum number of points scored, the user receives a registered certificate.

We promote the'Robot to Every Employee' approach. This means free and convenient training to quickly master robotization with PIX. We tried to make the videos understandable to both novice users and those who would like to update their knowledge base and get tested. The materials and instructions received at the Academy will increase the productivity of employees without additional expenses.

The platform manufacturer maintains the PIX Knowledge Base, which is located on the company's website and contains detailed information about each type of activity. Another source of knowledge about PIX RPA is the Forum, where you can exchange experience with other users of the platform, ask a question and get an answer from developers.

Next quarter, the PIX Robotics team plans to release an advanced Academy course where users can learn how to build robots to run more complex business processes.
