History

2022: Attending RPA Day 2022

On April 26, 2022, the RPA Day 2022 conference, organized by the TAdviser portal, will be held in Moscow. It will be attended by representatives of banks, industrial enterprises and Russian technology companies, who will be able to share their experience with the automation and robotization of business processes.

Among the expected topics for discussion:

• Cost-effectiveness when running software robots.

One of the participants of the conference will be the IT company 1C-Connect. The company was founded in 2011, since 2019 it is a resident of the Skolkovo shopping center.

Among the clients are TagraS-Holding, EMERCOM of Russia, RUDN, 1C company and its partners, Central Budgetary Institution of the Kursk Region, Transstroymanization, Omutninsky Metallurgical Plant and many others. The main activity of the company is the development of the 1C-Connect software platform (included in the Unified Register of Domestic Software).

The company will present one of the application cases RPA - a menu in 1C-Connection to automate the support of service users. 1C-EDO The 1C- support line E-DOCUMENT FLOW serves requests from more than 70,000 users. The RPA menu combined Chat Bots with allowed to provide 24/7 support and automatically register cases. Currently, up to 30% of calls are closed without the involvement of self-service support specialists.

2019: Skolkovo Resident

Since 2019, the company has been a resident of Skolkovo.

2013: Conversion to SP with "1C"

In 2013, the company was transformed into a joint venture with 1C.
