GIS "Panorama" is a universal one geo-information system that has means of creating and editing digital maps and city plans, processing data DZZ, performing various measurements and calculations, overlay operations, building 3D models, processing raster data, means for preparing graphic documents in digital and printed form, as well as tools for working with. databases
2026: GIS "Panorama" version 15.5.3
On January 28, 2026, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.5.3. This version has improved the automation of tools for creating and updating maps using overlay operations and automatic recognition and vectorization of objects according to the data of the database. The tools for automatic placement of signatures, import and export of data in various formats have been improved, support for the AIXM air navigation map format has been optimized. The complex of geodetic tasks has developed tools for constructing profiles of routes and linear structures, preparing schemes of geodetic constructions, technical plans of real estate objects and other types of documents.
According to the company, in the "Map Editor" task, the "Cut from Polygon" mode has been improved. This implementation cuts the interior and exterior intersections of the object with the template. Simple area objects or multipolygons can be selected as the editable object and template. The result is written to simple areal objects or multipolygons. The result contains external or internal regions (areas of intersection with the template). Optionally, the template metric is consistent with the object being edited. This adds points of intersection with the cut object to the profile of the template. Setting of mode options is performed in context menu when mode is activated (when PCM is pressed).
The Cut From Polygon mode provides an updated algorithm for cutting the interior and exterior intersections of an object with a cutter. Simple area objects or multipolygons can be selected as the editable object and cutter. The result is written to simple areal objects or multipolygons. The result contains external or internal regions (areas of intersection with the cutter). Optionally, the cutter metric is consistent with the object being edited. This adds points of intersection with the cut object to the cutter outline. Setting of mode options is performed in context menu when mode is activated (when PCM is pressed).
Support for the Shapefile format is added when you create an object by coordinates from the file. Before loading, the correspondence between the type of data to be downloaded and the type (nature of localization) of the object selected in the classifier is checked. The option "Insert response points only in the current map" has been added, which prevents unauthorized changes to maps added to the editable one. In the Create Linear Object mode, you can enter the length of the parcel you are creating in mm in your map to optimize the creation of schematic drawings and plans.
When creating objects or editing the semantics of existing objects, the Select Object dialog adds the ability to immediately create related meta-objects through GUID references. To do this, in the Classifier Editor, you need to specify the types of related objects that can be referenced by a specific type of reference semantics. For example, the object "Radio Navigation Facility" may have several instances of semantics-reference to objects "Radio Navigation Equipment." When creating the object "Radio Navigation Tool" in the Semantics tab in the menu on the right button above the semantics-reference to the equipment, the menu item "Create associated object" is selected to select the type of equipment and its parameters. This mode optimizes the creation of a set of subordinate meta-objects, the entry of their attributes and the establishment of links between objects.
The functions of automatic recognition and vectorization of objects in terrain images using the connection to the Panorama Vision service have been expanded. The "Search for unregistered objects" mode has been added, designed to automatically identify objects that are not on the current digital map. To use the mode, you must: open a digital map of the area in the Panorama GIS, upload satellite or aerial photographs of the territory of interest, switch to the Search for Unregistered Objects mode, specify the type of objects for analysis (for example, buildings, roads, forests and others), select reference (existing) objects on the map, apply for recognition. After submitting an application, the Panorama Vision service performs: decryption of objects in pictures; comparison of recognized and reference contours; Selects new or different objects in the resulting map. As a result of the comparison, each object is assigned semantics with the corresponding display color: red - the object was found in the picture, but is not among the standards (new); orange - the object has significant geometric differences from the standard; green - the object coincides with the reference one; violet is a reference object that does not match any of the found. The tolerance for shape deviation between the recognized object and the reference object is set in the mode interface. By default, it is 5 meters. The deviation is calculated using the Hausdorff metric - as the maximum distance from the points of one object to the nearest points of another. The result is stored in the semantics "Maximum deviation of the shape of the object from the template" (code 31302 in the classifier service.rsc). The mode can be used to identify objects of the following categories: agricultural fields, hydrographic objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.), high forest, forest overgrowth, felling, buildings, dirt and asphalt roads.
The "Search for unregistered objects" mode is launched by a button on the "Automatic Recognition and Vectorization Complex" toolbar, available from the list of application tasks. This panel also contains a button to open the "Automatic Image Recognition" dialog, which allows you to process images of the area and data from open geoportals - even in the absence of a reference map. To get a finished vector map, the user needs to double-click on the requisition line in the Requisition List or access the context menu and select Open Layer. For the identified objects, the reference to the nearest reference object of the source map is recorded in the semantics "Reference to the map with the addition of the object number" (code 32797 in the classifier service.rsc).
The task "Automatic arrangement of signatures" has been finalized. Before signatures are applied to an open map, the delete mode of previously created signature objects is activated. The updated version implements selective deletion: added the ability to delete not all signatures, but only those that belong to the objects selected in the "Subscribed Objects" table. When you delete a signature, the semantics of the Signature Reference type are automatically removed from the corresponding objects. This logic allows you to safely update signatures only for the desired objects without affecting the rest of the map.
The Import from CSV, TXT, XYH dialog box adds the ability to specify the last line to process if there are lines at the end of the file from which you do not need to transfer data to the map. Selecting the columns in the file to process blocks the column from being reassigned to different coordinates. If you assign a column type that has already been assigned to another column, the previous assignment is reset. Multiple fields can be assigned the same semantics if the map classifier is set to Allow Repetition.
The task of exporting data to the GML/JSON format has been improved. An updated mode for saving the appearance (styles) of objects has been added. This mode saves the image of point objects as a picture to an output file. Data is stored in GML format according to OGC 02-070 version 1.0.0 - SLD (StyledLayerDescriptor).
The Geodetic Editor task has developed the Geodetic Drawing Diagram mode for automated mapping of geodetic measurement results. The mode is developed taking into account the current regulatory requirements for geodetic construction schemes and replaces two outdated modes "Creating a diagram of base stations at the facility in a separate window" and "Generate a consolidated GPS measurement protocol." The mode dialog controls the composition of the graphical elements mapped, taking into account the number and location of base stations. In general, the following objects are applied to the diagram: geodetic points, base stations, direction to the base station, outline of the cadastral object, existing and new points of the object's boundaries, direction to the boundary point, boundary lines, explanatory signatures.
The Report Generation dialog has been modified so that you can perform actions on map objects in parallel with the open dialog. The Object Intersection Calculation, Object Intersection View, and Object Intersection Control modes add list processing from the Server GIS .
You have developed the Alignment Profile mode. The mode integrates the capabilities of the Line Structure Profile and Alignment Profile dialog boxes. The updated mode allows you to draw a profile of various types of linear structures (road, railway, power line, pipeline and others). Depending on the type of linear structure, additional drafting elements are applied to the profile diagram: station, angles, distances, information about curves and lines, and others. Expanded means of controlling the appearance of the circuit. It became possible to divide the diagram into printed pages and insert prepared stamps (document title blocks) and approving signatures into the pages being drawn up. Profile construction is implemented in case of partial or complete absence of height matrix (in case of presence of 3D coordinates at the object), in case of absence of 3D coordinates - creation of a straight line with creation of all possible design tables. Added check for out-of-alignment when generating curve table. Saving information to the profile settings file for initializing the print dialog is implemented.
The task "Cadastral documents" has developed a mode "Technical plan of a real estate object," combining the possibilities of outdated modes for forming a technical plan. The mode provides the collection of information from the map and the formation of a technical plan in the form of a text report and an electronic XML document for a building, structure, construction in progress, a room, a parking space and a single real estate complex. The technical plan information is entered and edited in the Technical Plan dialog, and the initial information is requested from the objects of the cadastral map and the cadastral work base. The preparation of a map is an important step in the formation of a technical plan, its content depends on the type of real estate object and should include the necessary map objects described in the survey.v6 classifier in the Technical Plan layer. The left side of the dialog contains the section tree, and the right side displays the information for the selected tree node. For entering and editing the composite attributes of the technical plan, auxiliary dialogs have been developed: "Document," "Location within the real estate object," "Characteristics of all premises, parking spaces located in the building, structure." For buildings and structures, two types of parts are provided: with a coordinate description of the location and with a textual description of the location. Spaces have only parts with a textual description of the location. The technical plan text report is created in DOCX format based on the templates of the established form and content. Report templates contain markers, instead of which the program inserts attribute values. The electronic XML document is generated according to the TP_v07_R03 schema.
The "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre" regime has been finalized. The composition of the attributes of cadastral objects in accordance with the data of the geoportal "National System of Spatial Data" has been clarified. For automatic filling of details "1. Information on the territory of complex cadastral works "section" Explanatory note "of the text report" Map-plan of the territory "added processing of the attribute" Designation of the territory of complex cadastral works. " To do this, you have made changes to the survey.v6.rsc classifier, the Cadastral Object Attributes dialog, and the DOCX text report filling procedure. Now, when generating a text report, in addition to the numbers of cadastral quarters, the content of semantics with the CW_DESCRIPTION key is additionally recorded in the details.
The mode "Reading the map-plan of the territory and mapping" has been improved to obtain information about parts of the premises. Added reading the data of the CulturalHeritage node "Information on the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation" and saving information in several semantics of the object. Previously, information was stored in CULTURAL semantics by a composite string, now the semantics "Sign of inclusion in the OKN registry" are used (CULTURALHERITAGE), "REGNUM," "OBJCULTURAL" (NAMECULTURAL), "Details of decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, bodies for the protection of cultural heritage objects on the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation or on the classification of a real estate object as identified objects of cultural heritage subject to state protection "(CULT_DECISION).
Updated the mode "Cadastral works base," in terms of keeping information about geodetic points. Added button "Save geopoints to CSV file." The data is saved taking into account the installed filter in the dialog on the "Geopoints" tab. When loading geodetic network points from CSV, an analysis of the data line format was added to automatically read information about geodetic points in the reduced and complete composition of the initial data fields.
This version of the program is available for download on the Panorama KB website in the Download section.
2025
GIS "Panorama" version 15.4.0 for the OS "Astra Linux Special Edition," "Alt Linux," "RED OS," "AlterOS" and Ubuntu
Panorama Design Bureau has developed Panorama GIS version 15.4.0 for OCAstra Linux Special Edition, Alt Linux, Red OS, AlterOS and Ubuntu. The developer announced this on December 17, 2025. In this version, for working with special maps (air navigation and sea navigation), the category of objects "Meta-objects" is introduced, which allows you to create links for an advanced description of basic objects and provides convenient navigation and editing through selection dialogs. The digital classifier of air navigation maps (dfc.rscz) has been updated: the airspace structure has been updated, conditional obstacle signs have been brought into line with ICAO requirements, new objects have been added and route attributes have been expanded. Tools for exporting to AIXM 5.1 (XML), exporting/importing CSV, updating semantics from XLS/XLSX, exporting to KML/KMLZ have been implemented. New map editor modes have been added, tools for building lists of objects and performing various operations on them have been improved.
The new MetaObjects object category can contain attribute sets that complement the description of the base objects of a special map. Basic objects can contain links to meta-objects (object UIDs) by which you can display additional information about the object. For example, on an air navigation map, flight route sections (RouteSegment) can refer to available radio navigation services (Navaid), which can refer to radio navigation equipment (NavaidEquipment) and so on. The meta-object of the radio navigation equipment (NavaidEquipment) may not have coordinates, since it complements the attributes of the object of the radio navigation service (Navaid).
When you view attributes in the Select Objects dialog, the Semantics and Meta Objects tabs display a list of object and meta object references. Double-clicking on the link will open another "Select Object" dialog with a full description of the object or meta-object by link. You can open the following object or meta object from it. In the dialog, you can change the description of attributes or coordinates, change references, or change other properties of objects. Set the object to Meta Object or Meta Object Without Metric, you can specify a list of valid references in the Classifier Editor task. By default, meta objects are not displayed or searched. To enable display and search in the Display Composition or Object Search dialog boxes, select Select All Objects or Select Meta Objects instead of the Do Not Select Meta Objects property.
The company's specialists have updated the digital classifier for creating air navigation maps dfc.rscz. The updated version has made significant changes to increase the detail and accuracy of air navigation data. The stages for updating the structure of the airspace, including air traffic maintenance, airspace restrictions, ATS routes, turning points and radio navigation facilities, have been completed. In them, the conditional signs of the Obstacles layer are brought into line with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), new objects have been added to the Aerodrome Network and Turning Points and RTS layers. In addition, the attributes for the Routing layer objects are enhanced. These changes provide an up-to-date view of airspace structure, air traffic maintenance, airfield network and obstacles. GIS supports various types of digital classifiers that define the organization and representation of spatial data. In addition to air navigation, marine chart classifiers (s57navy.rscz) and other specialized sets of symbols are available in the application. Classifiers contain a complete description of map layers, objects, their properties, and display rules, defining the appearance of various objects on screen and when printing. The current versions of the character sets are available for download in the Classifiers section.
The export of air navigation maps to the AIXM (Aeronautical Information Exchange Model) format has been added - the standard for the exchange of air navigation information. Export to XML files according to AIXM 5.1 specification. In the dialog, you can select the source map or upload several at once, configure file generation parameters and track processing progress and possible errors. The final completeness of the data depends on how correctly and fully the attributes of the objects on the map are filled - elements without the necessary air navigation information are automatically skipped. The task of exporting data to the CSV exchange format is implemented. The task allows you to upload vector data to text CSV files with a configurable structure: supports the inclusion of semantic characteristics of objects, adding reference fields (object name, layer, localization type, perimeter and area in different units of measurement, etc.), saving object metrics in different formats (rectangular and geodetic coordinates of all points of the object or only the center, point heights and measuring characteristics with configurable accuracy), various column separators. You can flexibly configure the composition of the exported data - use a single map, multiple open maps, or pre-select a set of objects to save. It is supported to save each object to its own CSV file with a custom output file name (with a postfix by object number or specific semantics). The resulting CSV files are useful for later integration with other applications: for example, import into table editors or databases.
In the import dialog from the exchange CSV format, it is added that when you add points, you can create two separate combined point signatures side by side. Each point label can contain up to four user-selected field values in multiple rows. For example, in the first row, the height of the point, and in the second row, the name, point number, or other field.
In the dialog, you can specify the columns of the source file from which values will be used to sign points. Each label has its own vertical and horizontal offset parameters, which allows you to place them anywhere relative to the main object. The ability to update the semantics of existing objects has been added. The update occurs when you assign semantics to an object link (in the Advanced Settings tab).
The task of updating semantics from XLS/XLSX table data formats is implemented. The task allows you to massively add new semantic characteristics of map objects and change the values of existing ones based on data from the table. Two options for linking table rows to map objects are supported: by semantics (through unique values of the key column that coincide with the values of the semantics of objects at the time of connection) or by the object number (by the specified column with the object number). The user can flexibly customize the list of updated semantics: manually or automatically by the semantics key line (the keys in the file must match the keys of the map classifier). A number of additional settings are supported for ease of updating: setting a range of rows with data, updating only selected objects, choosing the modes for adding or updating values, saving/restoring settings. To monitor the results of the execution, a report can be generated with a description of the update performed. The new task allows you to pre-prepare data in a table editor for subsequent loading into the map.
Added export task to KML exchange format. The task allows you to save selected vector data to a Google Earth-compatible format with automatic transfer of artwork. Line styles, polygons, and icon types are inherited from vector map classifier conventions settings, and PNG icons are generated for point objects in a separate catalog. Export to packaged KMLZ format is supported for easy transfer of data to another computer. The user can flexibly customize the set of displayed semantic characteristics of map objects. In the Find and Select and Map Composition dialog boxes, the Objects tab adds the Show Selected Objects Only property. When you enable a property, only the selected rows are displayed in the object list. This speeds up making small changes without flipping through a large list. The Semantics tab adds multiple selection of semantic characteristics. The Models tab adds the ability to save the current selection conditions to the selected model.
The Object Lists task adds the ability to group object lists. You can assign the visibility and color of thematic layers to an object list group. Drag and drop one or more object lists into groups. Tools for performing overlay operations on object lists have been improved. The Cut and List Cut dialog has added the ability to save cut objects to a new map. The new processing method allows you to save the original card, and write the result to the new card for further analysis. The cut process adds a new map to the document. For it, a list of processed objects is formed with the name<Список2> "-," <Список1>where List2 - editable (cut) objects, List1 - reference objects (templates), according to which objects are cut. For example, if you cut pipelines by zone, the name is Piping - Zones. After performing the specified operations, the list of objects can be added from the new map to the general lists of the document in the dialog "Object lists" - Import lists from incoming cards.
The Map Editor task for Create Fill has added the ability to number extended strokes. The Create Convex Polygon mode has been added to the Edit Selected Objects panel. The mode creates a polygon of the smallest area covering all points of the selected objects. The mode is used to quickly build ranges from point measurements, buildings, territories and other objects.
The library of programmable characters shape.iml64 has been improved. Signs of the type "Stripe diagram" have been developed. The new types of signs complement the bar charts and are used to display data on demographic, environmental, financial and other statistics on thematic maps. Signs have a legend with semantics values or percentages of the sum of values. Glare and shadows have been added to the bar and bar charts to give them a voluminous look. In diagrams with values, two types are implemented: simple and multi-interval. A simple view is based on calculating the size of the bands relative to the expected average. When you assign an average value of zero, the bars in the chart contain a multi-interval scale that displays values ranging from one to one billion. The displayed bars (columns) are divided into intervals: the first interval contains values less than 10, the second - less than 100, the third - less than 1000, and so on. A multi-interval diagram allows you to show the population of subjects and regions of the Russian Federation. Examples of new characters are contained in the shape.sitx map, which can be opened in the main menu: File - Data examples - select a map in the folder :/ usr/Panorama15/data/shape.

GIS "Panorama" version 15.5.1
On October 1, 2025, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.5.1.
Opportunities
According to the company, in this version, the Spatial Analysis Complex has added the "Search for Territories by Combination of Conditions" mode based on two categories - zones of interest and forbidden zones with the construction of thematic maps. The Aeronautical Information Document Preparation Complex has added support for maintaining a database of landing sites for unmanned aircraft and elements of the airspace structure of class H. Various applied tasks in the field of geodesy, cadastre and geology have been updated. The tools for creating and updating special maps, connecting geoportals, importing and exporting AIXM air navigation data and SPZ data have been supplemented.
Map Editor
In the Map Editor task, in the Create Linear Object mode, you can control whether the start and end of an object is connected to adjacent objects in a spatial-logical manner. The Classifier Editor task adjusts the adjacency rules of a linear object. When setting up rules, lists of objects are formed that can adjoin the beginning and end of the object and a list of semantics that should have the same values as the semantics of the object being created.
The Edit Object Point mode adds a snap to the arbitrary intersections of object paths. When you move an object point with Loop Point Capture (J) enabled, the captured object is highlighted in green according to the settings in the Map Editor Options dialog box on the Utility tab, and the captured virtual point on the loop is highlighted by a circle.
Working with Geoportals
In the list of connected geoportals added Monitoring of ship movement (marinetrafic). The geoportal allows you to watch in real time the movement of ships throughout the planet. The user is provided with information about the destination point, course, speed, ship type, ship dimensions, country of registration, approximate arrival time.
Optimized search and filtering
In the Find and Select dialog and the Display Composition dialog, when working with the Layer and Class tree, you added a quick search by layer or class name. Filtering of objects by name, code, key and character code of objects is implemented. Added sorting by each field of the object table.
The Objects tab adds Layer Inversion and Object Inversion. These modes allow you to invert the selection of conditions by layers and classes. For objects, the inversion applies to filtered data in the table.
Advanced functionality of working with objects
In the Select Object dialog, if the selected object has semantics such as Object Reference or Signature Reference, you can invoke new instances of the Select Object dialog sequentially for referenced objects. For this purpose, the Semantics tab adds a context menu with the item "Show object by link."
Spatial Analysis Complex
In the Spatial Analysis Complex, the Search for Territories by Conditions mode has been added to study the properties of the area and search for dependencies between objects and their attributes. The search for territories is carried out on the basis of accounting for two categories - zones of interest and forbidden zones.
Zones of interest are formed by objects containing positive properties (water bodies, infrastructure objects), which should be located near the desired territory. Forbidden zones are formed according to protected objects, cultural heritage objects, exclusion zones, with expansion along the radius of alienation.
Air navigation information
The Aeronautical Information Document Preparation Complex maintains a database of landing sites for unmanned aircraft and elements of the class H airspace structure in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.07.2025 No. 1133, Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2025 No. 140 and AIP of the Russian Federation.
Geological and geodetic changes
The Geological Editor task has improved the View and Edit Well Attributes mode. Added ability to import information from CSV file with data by well layers.
In the "Geodetic Editor" task, the "Create Objects from XML File" mode has been improved, which provides loading of information from the state forest registry (GDR). Since 2025, you can get an extract from the GLR through the Public services portal.
Cadastral tasks
In the complex of "Cadastral tasks" in the mode "Reading the cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" the receipt and mapping of information about the coastline (border of the water body) is implemented.
In the Cadastral Object Attributes dialog for the Cadastral Quarter spatial object class, you have added processing for the Special Marks attribute. The Parcels class supports the Area Calculation Formula and Contour Area Calculation Formula attributes.
Search at
The Search at Address dialog provides a search for the location of the object at the address in the address database or by the cadastral number on the National Spatial Data System (NSAID) geoportal. When searching at an incomplete address, the answer may be multiple. In this case, all found addresses are composed as a drop-down list.
GIS "Panorama" version 15.3.9
On September 19, 2025, KB Panorama announced the release of GIS Panorama version 15.3.9 for OCAstra Linux Special Edition, Alt Linux, RED OS, AlterOS and Ubuntu.
According to the company, in version 15.3.9, the tasks of the map manager and legend have been finalized. In the automatic image recognition mode, address information processing is implemented for autocomplete object attributes. The composition of tools for editing the map, maintaining attribute databases, and performing overlay operations has been supplemented.
The Map Manager task has added the ability to auto-complete the metadata database, which allows you to automatically generate a map tree based on the selected directory. The user specifies the initial search path and file types to be entered in the database. The system supports a wide range of formats: maps, plans (MAP, MAPZ), user maps (SIT, SITX, SITZ), raster maps (RSW), matrix maps (MTW, MTL, MTQ), exchange vector map formats (SXF, TXF, DXF), map projects (MPTZ), spatial databases (DBM) and others. With this function, the map tree is created automatically and optimizes the data preparation time. For later viewing and navigation , the Classification by Type display mode is provided, which groups tree elements by format.
For the built map tree, a map data tree search is implemented, which supports two modes: tree filtering and advanced attribute search. The first option allows you to quickly display only those files that meet the specified conditions (by map type or date), and the second option allows you to perform flexible searches by object names, notes, semantics or coordinates. Found items are automatically highlighted in the tree and map, and navigation commands are available to navigate to the previous or next match. This approach provides users with online access to the desired information one even in. large arrays of geodata Task parameters are saved in the configuration file, which provides restoration of the tree view and search modes when the task is restarted. Built-in mode backup allows you to quickly create copies of selected map files to a specified folder, ensuring security and safety. data
The Metadata panel has been added, which complements the map tree with detailed information about the selected item. It includes three tabs: General (with editable parameters such as name, note, and data path, as well as automatically populated characteristics of a file or database), View (to display custom maps, rasters, and matrices), and Create Region (to start the new map region generation mode). This approach allows users not only to structure the data, but also to quickly receive all the necessary information about the map in a single interface.
It is possible to create a mapping area based on selected files of exchange formats SXF and TXF. Adding data to the list is done simply by dragging or double-clicking, highlighting the selected items for clarity. After selecting the data, a map of a new area is formed, which is opened in the GIS for further work. The View mode is implemented, which allows you to visualize custom maps, screens and matrices. Users have convenient scaling tools - from showing the entire map in the window to approaching, moving away and returning to the original scale.
The Map Legend task has improved the General Data List tab. The Select All Map Objects mode has been added to the context menu. This mode allows you to select all objects in maps selected in the general data list.
The Automatic Snapshot Recognition task adds support for obtaining address information to automatically map the house numbers and street names recognized in the pictures. To do this, in the "Buildings," "Roads," "City" modes, the user can select an additional option "Sign object addresses." Based on integration with the address database of the Panorama GIS (address.gisserver.info), the service fills out the following object semantics: for buildings - "House Number" (31202), "Street Name" (31201), "Settlement Name" (3106), "City Name" (31207), "District Name" (3108); for streets and highways - "Own name" (9), "Name of the settlement" (3106), "Name of the city" (31207), "Name of the district" (3108). Also, when forming a vector map of the area, objects with filled address semantics are automatically signed. House numbers and street names are mapped. To load the finished vector map on the computer user in the "Automatic Snapshot Recognition" dialog, double-click mice on the requisition line in the "Requisition List" or open the context menu and click the "Open Layer" button. If you want to edit captions in your map, you can use the Automatic Captioning application in Panorama GIS or customize signing using Object Lists. The "Automatic Image Recognition" task allows you to process terrain images in RSW, JPG, TIFF, PNG formats and data from open geoportals. neural network Please refer to the Panorama Vision page for a description of available models and processing costs.
The task "Map Editor" has been improved . In the "Route Network Construction" mode , the control of route geometry and the formation of an error map is added, on which incorrect routes and calibration points are placed with the addition of the text of detected errors to the semantics of objects.
The task "Building a signature by object semantics" has been improved. It is possible to save the set parameters of object signing. Signing different map objects often requires different signature characteristic options, so one or more parameter sets can be configured for each option. By loading the settings, you can automatically generate the data you need to sign and significantly reduce the task execution time.
In the Object Lists dialog , the Inside and Touch search mode has been added. The result of the search is objects of the first list that are located entirely within the objects of the second list or have tangents of the contours of the objects from the inside. The task "View attributes from the database" called by the button in the main panel has been improved. Added a button for filtering rows by arbitrarily selected layer objects. The reset all filters button for the current active tab is implemented.
Buttons have been added to allow you to add/remove rows for tables without linking to geo layers. When new rows are saved, all blank fields are automatically populated with default values from the database (including primary keys). Added color highlighting of lines: green - new lines; yellow - edited values; red - rows marked for deletion. Information about the absence of a primary key when trying to edit tables that do not have it is output. Added support for tables with a composite primary key.
The dialog "Datum parameters from XML file" has been improved. When you edit an XML file with datum frames, you have added the ability to copy a selected set of datum frames from another XML file. The change optimizes the preparation of sample system worklists. The XML File Frame Settings dialog allows you to set up permanent projections and datums in the Map Data Sheet task and when setting raster and matrix projection settings. Added support for the coordinate system CGCS2000 Gauss-Kruger zone 13 - zone 23 (EPSG: 4491-EPSG: 4501) used for the territory of China. Creation of maps, formation of multi-sheet maps with standard items, creation of items paraphrase (grid) are provided.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic geoinformation system. GIS "Panorama" 15.5.0 with processing of address information for automatic filling of object attributes
On August 1, 2025, the company KB "Panorama" announced the development of the Panorama GIS version 15.5.0. In this version of the program, not only automatic recognition and creation to data of contours of field sections, hydrographic objects, buildings and structures, roads, high-barreled forests, overgrowths, clearings is provided according to the DZZ, but also request and processing of the address for information automatic filling of object attributes. The composition of tools for editing the map, maintaining attributive, databases performing overlay operations has been supplemented. Updated the block of cadastral and geodetic tasks for maintaining the cadastral work base, generating reports "Map-plan of the territory," "Technical plan of the building" and others.
According to the company, the task "Automatic image recognition" has added support for obtaining address information for automatically mapping house numbers and street names recognized in the pictures. To do this, in the "Buildings," "Roads," "City" modes, the user can select an additional option "Sign object addresses." Based on integration with the address database data of the Panorama GIS (address.gisserver.info), the service fills out the following object semantics: for buildings - "House Number" (31202), "Street Name" (31201), "Settlement Name" (3106), "City Name" (31207), "District Name" (3108); for streets and highways - "Own name" (9), "Name of the settlement" (3106), "Name of the city" (31207), "Name of the district" (3108). Also, when forming a vector map of the area, objects with filled address semantics are automatically signed. House numbers and street names are mapped. To download the finished vector map to the user's computer in the "Automatic Snapshot Recognition" dialog, double-click mice on the requisition line in the "Requisition List" or open the context menu and click the "Open Layer" button. If you want to edit captions in your map, you can use the Automatic Captioning application in Panorama GIS or customize signing using Object Lists.
The "Automatic Image Recognition" task allows you to process terrain images in RSW, JPG, TIFF, PNG formats and data from open geoportals. The description of the available neural network models and the cost of processing are given on the Panorama Vision page.
The task "Map Editor" has been improved. In the "Route Network Construction" mode, the control of route geometry and the formation of an error map is added, on which incorrect routes and calibration points are placed with the addition of the text of detected errors to the semantics of objects.
In the Classifier Editor task, on the Objects tab, in the Properties, you added a setting for the join rules of a linear object. When you configure rules, you select the object views adjacent to the start and end of the object outline. To link adjacent objects, semantics are used, selected from the list of required semantics. These rules provide logical communication between map objects to form networks for various purposes. Examples of such maps are the road graph, pipe networks, communication networks, and others. The connectivity of graph objects is provided by adjacency rules. The linear arcs of the graph network are associated with the nodes of the network using the semantics "Start Node Number" and "End Node Number." Rules allow you to link objects on one or more maps that are open in one window. Adding join rules improves the quality of creating special maps and monitoring existing maps.
The task "Building a signature by object semantics" has been improved. It is possible to save the set parameters of object signing. Signing different map objects often requires different signature characteristic options, so one or more parameter sets can be configured for each option. By loading the settings, you can automatically generate the data you need to sign and reduce the time required to complete the task.
The Map Legend task has improved the General Data List tab. The Select All Map Objects mode has been added to the context menu. This mode allows you to select all objects in maps selected in the general data list. In the Object Lists dialog, the Inside and Touch search mode has been added. The result of the search is objects of the first list that are located entirely within the objects of the second list or have tangents of the contours of the objects from the inside. The task "Object selection" has been improved. The "Copy to another card" mode has been added. This option allows you to copy the selected object to another custom map. In the "Semantics" tab, the following modes have been added to the context menu: "Show semantics in the header" and "Select semantics" for the header. Semantics are selected by right-clicking on a row in the table with the required semantics. The Show Semantics in Header mode allows you to set or hide the value of the selected semantics in the dialog header. If the selected semantics are not in the object, it will not be displayed in the header either.
The Panel Setup dialog has been improved. The dialog allows you to create your own toolbars and fill them with Python scripts and frequently used modes from various GIS application tasks. The list of GIS application tasks in the dialog initially includes Map Editor, Map Calculations, Data Base, Raster Editor. You can add new applications to the list. To do this, the application module must contain a specific set of functions described in the Application Panel Configuration Interface section of the Application Tasks document. Development of new modules. " The Available Panels and Buttons block is organized in a tree view and displays the buttons available for modeling the toolbar of the selected task from the list. Adding buttons to the user toolbar and changing their order is possible with the corresponding buttons or by dragging and dropping the mouse. The "Panel Configuration" dialog is called by the item of the main program menu - "Tasks - User Panels - Configure." The list of created toolbars is located in the "Tasks - User Panels" section of the main program menu.
The task "Print Map" has been improved. Added the ability to enter printed page numbers. Enumerating page numbers and ranges is supported. For example: "1,5,7-12." When you select printed pages in the diagram using the Left mouse button + Ctrl or Shift combinations, the automatically selected pages are listed in the Pages field. To restore pages specified by the user, select Restore User Settings. The page entry box is located at the bottom of the dialog.
The Geodetic Editor task has developed the Automatic Feature Point Placement mode. The mode is intended for streaming the formation of feature points and their signatures for an arbitrary set of cadastral objects. The program implements an algorithm for processing the established composition of map objects presented in the layers "Cadastral plan of the territory," "Boundary plan" and "Correction of register errors" of the survey.v6.rscclassifier. Processing is carried out according to the established sequence of analysis of contours of different status and mutual location of map objects. As a result of processing, point objects are mapped - characteristic points of borders, signatures of the designation of feature points and signatures of the designation of cadastral objects.
In the complex of "Cadastral Tasks," the "Cadastral Works Base" mode has been finalized. Updated the composition of information for the customer of cadastral works, which is a foreign legal entity. In the mode dialog, the fields "Address," "Registration number" and "Registration date" have been added.
The Cadastral Object Attributes mode has been improved. The composition of cadastral object classes by object key was updated and the list of attributes by the list of object semantic keys was clarified. If the cadastral object class is not defined, the semantics assigned to it are displayed in the dialog elements for the object being processed.
The "Map-plan of the territory" mode has been finalized. When generating an XML document and a text report on the "Map-plan of the territory" form, the sorting of land plots and real estate objects in ascending cadastral number is added. When generating a text report, the section "Other information about a real estate object" is filled with values from semantics containing information about encumbrances and restrictions on the use of the object. Sections on updating the information of cadastral objects registered in the USRN, but not having a spatial description, are formed by objects of the map with the type generated. In this case, the cadastral object must have a semantics cadastral number filled in. Sections containing information about the feature points of multi-contour map objects are separated by lines containing information about the cadastral number of the object and the accounting number of the contour.
Tools for generating information about identified cadastral objects have been developed. In the "Map-plan of the territory" dialog, information about the objects identified during cadastral work has been added to the object tree. The identified objects are used in the generation of the report "Information on the identified objects, information about which is not available in the USRN." Tools have been developed for the formation of the report "Information on land plots with area discrepancy." The program analyzes the measured land area and compares it with the area taken into account in the USRN. If a discrepancy of more than 10% is detected, the relevant information is inserted into the report. In addition, the area of the plot is checked for the minimum and maximum allowable dimensions. If the allowable size is exceeded, the inspection results are inserted into the report.
The "Building Technical Plan" mode has been finalized. When generating the XML document of the technical plan of the structure, it is possible to describe changes in individual fragments of the geometry of the real estate object. When generating an XML document of a technical plan of a building, it is supported to store information about the parking spaces located in the building, including the creation of a real estate object and premises (parking spaces) in it.
GIS "Panorama" 15.3.8 for domestic operating systems on the Linux platform

In the Map Editor task, the Create Polygon by Boundary of Surrounding Paths mode is optimized. Added the ability to draw an area from a combination of polygon boundaries, closed and open linear objects at a given point. If you press Ctrl and click the left mouse button over an area or closed linear object, the sketching area will be selected as the boundary for which the specified point will be internal. If the specified point is within multiple contours, all such contours will intersect. The contours of polygons and any linear objects for which the point is outside will trim the intersection regions.
The mode "Streaming creation of object sets by semantics" has been developed, which ensures the combination of selected objects into sets by the unique value of the selected semantics. The mode allows you to quickly form several sets of multi-contour cadastral objects based on the external contours selected in the map. Objects that have the same cadastral number are included in one set. A drop-down menu on the right mouse button has been added, including the names of the on-screen button panels. The menu allows you to open the toolbar not by the image of the button, but by the name of the mode group.
The application task "Automatic image recognition" has been improved. Added the ability to edit the area selected by the user for recognition. The user can select the entire work area, a rectangular area for processing, or set the area by the dimensions of the object on the map. You can now adjust the output area (zoom in/out/move) using the Edit button in the task dialog box. In this case, the task will tell you if the selected area requires more computing resources for processing than are available to the user. If more than 1000 processor units are required or the user limit is exceeded, the box around the area is highlighted in red on the map. To easily search the claims table, the Neural Network Model column has been added to it. In this column, for each application, the name of the neural network model with which decryption was carried out is indicated. When you click the left mouse button on the column name, you can sort claims by neural network models and other characteristics. The Automatic Snapshot Recognition task allows you to process terrain images in RSW/JPG/TIFF/PNG formats and data from open geoportals. The description of the available neural network models and the cost of processing are given on the Panorama Vision page.
The task "View attributes from the database" called by the button in the main panel has been improved. Support for multiple table selection in the "Open Data Set" dialog is implemented. The functionality of the context menu of tabs has been expanded: you can copy the table name and query text, as well as edit it directly. Export to CSV is improved and put in the background, which allows you to export several tables at the same time without blocking the interface.
The ability to view the contents of the downloaded file has been added to the Import Data from CSV, XYH, TXT mode. Clicking the View Content button in a separate window will display the lines contained in the file as if the file were opened in Notepad. Viewing the contents of a file can be useful when defining a delimiter for columns, as well as the first row from which the read data begins.
The task "Import DXF data" has been improved. Each DXF layer in the Parameters tab can be set to the type of object it will be displayed with after import. To do this, set the Layer Appearance field to Layer View Settings Table. Then, in the table, assign a conditional character from the RSC classifier to the desired layers. To map only layers that have a conditional symbol assigned to them, you must enable the Import Selected Layers property. The task "Formation of map sheets by coordinates" optimizes the algorithm for constructing a topographic area of work according to the specified dimensions or list of items. You have added settings to exclude map sheets that intersect the boundaries of a specified area within a specified percentage of the floor area. By default, sheets whose intersection area is less than 10% are clipped. The task creates a vector map with a refined number of sheet frames.
Vector map control has been improved. When performing structural control, the search for invalid characters in text strings was added. In Edit mode, invalid characters are replaced with spaces.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic geoinformation system. The program is designed to accumulate, automate and storages display data, calculation results and forecasts that have a geospatial reference. GIS "Panorama" contains means for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of a 3D model, predicting the consequences of emergencies at hazardous objects, monitoring the movement of aircraft, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from navigation devices/, GPSGLONASS printing displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.
Version 15.4.4 with Spatial Analysis Tools
On June 23, 2025, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.4.4. This version has improved the tools for performing overlay operations on object paths, automatic recognition of objects in snapshots, connecting attribute databases, building queries and exchanging data. The means of analysis of territories are supplemented with the possibility of constructing heat maps in the form of matrices of qualitative characteristics of the area. The complex of geodetic and cadastral tasks has expanded tools for reading data from the state forest register and maintaining a forest infrastructure map, reading the cadastral plan of the territory, preparing reports and maintaining a boundary plan.
According to the company, in the task "Map Editor" the mode "Creating a polygon by the boundaries of surrounding contours" is optimized. Added the ability to draw an area from a combination of polygon boundaries, closed and open linear objects at a given point. If you press Ctrl and click the left mouse button over an area or closed linear object, the sketching area is selected as the path for which the specified point will be internal. If the specified point is within multiple contours, all such contours will intersect. The contours of polygons and any linear objects for which the point is outside will trim the intersection regions.
To search the claims table, the Neural Network Model column has been added to it.
The functionality of the context menu of tabs has been expanded: you can Copy the table name and query text, and edit it directly. It is possible to copy and paste data while preserving field names. Export to CSV is improved and put in the background, which allows you to simultaneously Export multiple tables without blocking the interface.
The 3D Analysis Complex Matrix and Model Creation panel has been expanded. The Heat Map task has been added to this version of the complex. A thermal map is a method of graphically representing discrete data in which different values are displayed in different colors. Thermal maps are used to render on maps of spatially distributed phenomena or processes, for example, temperature, humidity, density of objects, concentration of impurities. Rendered in a selected palette that contains shades of color from blue (cold) to red (warm), with transition through white (medium) color. The result of the heat map is a quality matrix containing the density values of the selected vector map point objects. The task creates a thermal map with a continuous distribution of the visualized quantity by interpolating Moving Average discrete data in a given area. Constructed matrix maps can be used for profiling, mapping zones, isolines, and other spatial analysis problems.
The 3D Navigator task has been improved. 3D Object Model Import Collada (DAE) mode optimizes the positioning of the loaded model on the 3D scene of the terrain model. If you do not specify a snap point and rotation on the ground for the imported model, you can position the model on two points after loading the model. In positioning mode, the cursor grip of the model is added, making it easier to select points on the imported model. 3D scene controls are always available for consideration of intermediate positioning results.
The task "Classifier Editor" has been improved. The Clusters tab adds the ability to enter custom visibility scales for the cluster. Previously, the selection of visibility scales was limited to the standard scale range selected for the classifier. Using custom scales allows you to more flexibly adjust the visibility of clusters in your map when scaling. This is especially true for publishing maps in web applications.
The Export Territorial Planning Schemes to GML task adds the ability to save only selected objects in the map to a GML file. If you have selected objects in your map when you start the mode, the Save Selected Objects check box is active in the dialog box. If this check box is selected, only the selected objects will be saved to the GML file.
The ability to view the contents of the downloaded file has been added to the Import Data from CSV, XYH, TXT mode. Clicking on the "View Content" button in a separate window will display the lines contained in the file, as if the file were opened in application Notepad. Viewing the contents of a file can be useful when defining a delimiter for columns, as well as the first row from which the read data begins.
The task "Import DXF data" has been improved. You can set each DXF layer on the Parameters tab page to which it will be displayed after import. To do this, set the Layer Appearance field to Table Layer view settings. Added settings to exclude from drawing map sheets, frames which cross the boundaries of a given area within a given percentage of the overlap area. By default, sheets whose intersection area is less than 10% are clipped. The task creates a vector map with a refined number of sheet frames.
Vector map control has been improved. When performing structural control, the search for invalid characters in text strings was added. In Edit mode, invalid characters are replaced with spaces.
The Geodetic Editor task has developed the Create Objects from XML File mode, designed to import data from XML files provided by the State Forest Register Maintenance System (GLR), which contains up-to-date information on the state of forests and plantations. It is supported to read data according to the scheme "Extract from the state forest register about the forest quarter" - stateForestRegisterExtractForestQuarter_v0.2.0.xsd. The obtained information on the coordinates and characteristics of the forest quarter is mapped. The semantics of the object also record information about forest allocation and cutting areas located within the boundaries of the forest quarter. To maintain a forest infrastructure map, a digital classifier forestry.v2.rsc. When you read an XML file, information about the coordinate system of the forest neighborhoods contours is processed. For Earth-wide coordinate systems, on-the-fly coordinate recalculation is supported. The data in the local coordinate system is not converted, and the coordinate system code is written to the semantics of the map object.
The mode "Streaming creation of object sets by semantics" has been developed, which ensures the combination of selected objects into sets by the unique value of the selected semantics. The mode allows you to quickly form several sets of multi-contour cadastral objects, based on the external contours selected on the map. Objects that have the same cadastral number are included in one set. A drop-down menu on the right mouse button has been added, including the names of the on-screen button panels. The menu allows you to open the toolbar not by the image of the button, but by the name of the mode group. The Cadastral Tasks complex has finalized the "Reading the cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode in terms of determining the conditional coordinates of the premises for the cadastral object within the boundaries of which it is located. The cadastral number of an object real estate or cadastral quarter is used to generate a request to the geoportal NSAID to obtain the coordinates of the object. The center point of the object at which the space is mapped is then calculated.
The "Map-plan of the territory" mode has been finalized. When generating a text report in terms of information on the characteristics of the generated plot, an insert of cadastral and other numbers of real estate objects located within the plot boundaries was added. When generating the certificate of coordination of the location of the boundaries of the sections, an analysis of the generated boundaries was added. You can customize the selection of matching boundaries with the parcels being generated. When generating an XML document, an entry for the CadastralErrorEZEntryParcels element was added - information about the specified areas that are part of a single land use, necessary to correct registry errors in information about the location of their borders. When generating the XML document, the clarification of land plots and real estate objects that are registered in cadastral accounting, but do not have a spatial description, was implemented. For such refined objects, all contours are mapped with the type "generated," but at the same time they must have the semantics "Cadastral Number" filled in. As a result, the resulting contours will be written to XML for refinement.
The Boundary Plan mode has been supplemented in terms of generating information on clarifying the boundaries of adjacent sections. To include in the processing of the newly formed contours of the multi-contour land plot, an analysis of the formed adjacent plots was added, which the semantics "Cadastral number" is filled in.
The "Cadastral Works Base" mode has been finalized legal , fields for storing the registration number, state registration date and address have been added to the table for maintaining the list of foreign persons. A foreign legal entity has been added to the list of address holders.

In the task dialog, you configure the appearance settings, such as line thickness and color, grid spacing, height, and color of signatures. You can control the composition of the generated elements. By default, four frames, a geodetic grid, and boundary labels are created. Freeform area or closed linear objects selected in the map are used as frames. For each selected fragment, a set of cards with design is created, saved in the specified directory. All elements are created as graphical objects, which allows them to be transferred to maps with any classifier without distortion.
In the main menu "View" added the item "Type of signatures," which allows you to set one of two modes for displaying signatures: "High-quality" or "Simplified." When the quality mode is enabled, the signature elements are accurately calculated, which allows you to display signatures in accordance with the typeface requirements on topographic maps. High-quality mode requires more computing resources to display signatures. If you do not want the fonts to exactly match the topographic map symbols when you display the map, you can use quick signature output in simplified mode.
The Data List dialog has been finalized. For vector maps, context menu commands have been added to control the feature of editing, copying, changing the composition of objects, passport data, exporting and deleting data. For screens and matrices, the context menu commands for data binding are extended.
The dialog "Object selection" has been improved. On the Metric tab, a context menu has been added with modes: managing the feature of a multi-object, closing an object, changing the direction of digitalization, setting the first selected point, creating a multiscale object, assigning the selected path to the main one, deleting subobjects (one or all), updating the object and its metrics, saving the object, saving coordinates in EPSG:3857, storing coordinates and metadata, as well as commands for working with metric points: copy, paste and delete the current point. In the map object search/display dialog, on the Measurements tab, the ability to select the units of measurement when specifying conditions: meters, kilometers or millimeters on the map is added.
Updated the supported coordinate system parameter lists from the EPSG database. Added EPSG codes for 2011 GSK coordinate systems (20901 - 20960). Support has been added The Kazakhstan for the 2023 Earth Reference Frame 2023 (QazTRF-23) and the Qazaqstan Vertical Reference Frame (QazVRF). QazTRF-23 system parameters can be selected when creating maps from the crslist.xml file. Expanded the list of restrictions for users data management on open from the Server GIS: restrictions can be set on copying (exporting to other formats, transferring objects to other maps), printing, viewing coordinate system parameters, editing coordinates, storing copies of edited objects, accessing the cache on the client without registering with the Server GIS, editing the RSC digital classifier and others. Restrictions are set by the program administrator through the web interface and saved in the GIS Server settings. Barring editing coordinates allows changing only attribute data of map objects (semantics) without changing coordinates or coordinate system parameters in the map passport (metadata).
Version 15.4.3
In KB "Panorama" developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.4.3. The program has supplemented the list of connected geoportals with support for PBF format, compatibility with the latest versions of the Python interpreter is provided. The tools for editing maps, building dynamic signatures of object characteristics have been expanded, the task of panchromatic raster merging has been improved. The Cadastral Tasks complex has improved the tools for working with the address database. The company announced this on April 21, 2025.
The task of connecting geoportals has been finalized. Added support for user authorization through the Keycloak identification broker. This allows you to implement single sign-on technology for connecting geoportals and services. Added the ability to connect to various geoportals that transmit data in PBF (Protocolbuffer Binary Format) format. PBF is a compressed binary format created for storing and transmitting map data. Added support for connection to geoportal layers: ESRI - Sentinel-2, Agriculture, Infrared, Shortwave infrared, Geology, Bathymetric; NDVI Color Map, Normalized Combustion Index, Accumulation Index, NDVI Colored, Custom SAVI; NDWI Raw Materials, NDVI Raw Materials; System for providing operational information to the management of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia (SOOI of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia) - Base Map; Heat Points in Specially Protected Natural Areas, Heat Points Russia 24 Hours, Boundaries of Specially Protected Natural Areas of Federal Significance (OGRN_2024), Fire Hazard, Vessels in Specially Protected Natural Areas; Federal Forestry Agency - State of the Forest Fund, GISOGD Information Portal of Chelyabinsk Region - Base Map, Geo-Information Subsystem of FGIS TP.
Added support for various versions of Python interpreters to write scripts executed from the "Launch Applications" dialog in the "Scripts" tab or through assigned buttons on user panels. If several versions of Python are installed on the computer, then the active version is selected through the main menu "Options - Data Placement" in the "Python Interpreter Path" field. The script "Editing the list of coordinates in tabular form" has been added to the base set of scripts to demonstrate the writing of scripts that invoke standard GIS dialogs.
The task "Map Editor" has been improved. The Create Point Object mode adds the ability to create a multi-point object. When you press a space, another point is recorded in the object, when you click the left mouse button, the generated multi-point object is recorded.
The dynamic signing mode of list objects has been improved. This mode allows you to label over a map based on the current map display and visibility of objects. When scrolling through a map image, the signature is automatically shifted so that its text falls into the entire client area of the window. Improved algorithms for finding free space in the display area when signing linear objects. Added support for dynamic signatures, taking into account signs of signature alignment. Signature alignment features (top, center, or bottom line) can be set when you configure style signature settings in the Signature Settings dialog.
If you select the Auto Place Above or Below Line check box and there is no space available for the signature above the default line, you attempt to place below the line. Conversely, for a signature placed under a line, an attempt is made to place above the line. If you enter Signature Transfer Line Length, a multi-word signature is transferred. The recommended average string length is 12 characters. The transfer is performed without word partitioning. Therefore, if you enter a length equal to one character, the multiline signature will consist of single-word strings. If you enter zero length, signatures are not transferred. Entering the minimum and maximum distance between repeating line path signatures improves the placement of labels on long paths.
The item "Printer raster simplified" has been added to the main menu "View - Map view." In this mode, the map is displayed faster on the screen by turning off the exact calculation of the size of signatures, simplifying hatches and other elements that take a long time to print.
The task "Panchromatic raster fusion" has been finalized. This dialog allows you to select RSW or TIFF files as source screens. Added TIFF snapshot processing with rational polynomial coefficient file RPC (*.rpb). The "Panchromatic Raster Fusion" task increases the spatial resolution of a color raster using a higher resolution panchromatic raster. Run Conditions-Both screens must have the same coordinate system and be overlapped. To calculate the brightness of pixels of the output raster, one of three methods is used: channel averaging, conversion to IHS (Intensity-Hue-Saturation transformation) color space, Brovey Transform (BT).
The Cadastral Tasks complex has updated the address database used when filling in the structured address of the cadastral object in the Cadastral Object Attributes mode. The address database is filled with up-to-date information from the state address register (GAR). The "Attributes of the cadastral object" mode has been finalized, taking into account the differences in the coding of new regions of the Russian Federation in the GAR and in the USRN. An intelligent algorithm has been developed for filling in the semantics of map objects (encoding according to the directory dRegionsRF of the USRN) and information from the address database in the structure of the Federal Information Address System (encoding according to the directory of the GAR). The updated functions of the semantics record provide the mapping of regions by several positions, including the full and short name of the region in the semantics "Region, republic (list)." The Cadastral Object Attributes dialog provides a variable dialog call to select a structured address. Address databases in the Federal Information Address System and KLADR structure are supported. To select an address in the KLADR structure, a new dialogue "KLADR Address" has been developed. Setting to the address base of the desired structure (Federal Information Address System or KLADR) is carried out by specifying the corresponding parameters in the configuration file of the program.
The mode "Reading KPT and updating the map" has been finalized, the reading of an electronic xml-document according to the extract_about_property_room_v01 scheme has been implemented - an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate about a real estate object (room) in electronic form. Since the information about the room does not contain a coordinate description, an algorithm has been developed to map them in the form of conditional real estate objects located in the center of the cadastral quarter. To obtain the coordinates of the cadastral quarter, the program interacts with the geoportal "National System of Spatial Data." All attributes of the space are written to the semantics of the map object.
The "Map-plan of the territory" mode has been finalized. When generating an XML document, the algorithm for generating an optional Address node has changed. The program analyzes whether the object has a map of filled semantics. The subject of the Russian Federation (which is used to fill in the mandatory Region element), and only in this case creates an Address node. When generating a text report, the procedure for writing objects to the report has been corrected, taking into account the cadastral number, and a record of explanations for land plots and capital construction objects has been added. The mode dialog has added graphic elements - icons in key nodes of the data tree.
The "Boundary Plan" mode has been finalized. When generating the XML document for the Address subsection, an entry for the optional RussianFederation element was added. The regime "Data Base of cadastral works" has been finalized. A check of the existence of the ID of an official of a state authority has been added, otherwise the entry is not added to the database.
The Geodetic Editor task has developed a new dialog "Import data from CSV, TXT, XYH," which allows you to read text files with separators and add information to the map. The Sign Line Length dialog box passes the coordinates of the current point on the map to determine the closest side of the object. When you draw a cut line, the Parallel Drafting dialog box selects a point perpendicular to the left or right of the selected line, based on the direction of the digitization.
Version 15.4.1
On February 11, 2025, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.4.1. In this version, the request from the geoportal of the National System of Spatial Data of various types of cadastral data has been expanded, a search has been implemented at the address by a partial match of street names and house numbers. It is automated to build polygons on the boundaries of adjacent objects and place signatures inside extended polygons when drawing maps or when importing from exchange formats. The formation of the mathematical basis of air navigation maps according to ICAO requirements has been finalized, user rights settings for editing maps from the GIS Server have been expanded, cadastral and geodetic task complexes have been updated.
As reported, the task of connecting geoportals has been improved to obtain information at a given point about terrain objects based on the WMS protocol. From the geoportal of the National Spatial Data System, you can request the date of registration of the object, cadastral number, status, land category, cost of a plot or building and other parameters. Geoportals that support querying information at a point when displaying tiles display data in the Object Selection dialog: object metric, semantic characteristics, and object metadata. You can copy object information to exchange formats. For the National Spatial Data System geoport, the display of the Parcels (signatures), Buildings (signatures) layers was added, the response node and classifier data mapping files were added to ensure semantic mapping. Added information search dialog on geoportal. The dialog allows you to perform an address search on the OpenStreetMap geoportal, search by cadastral number on the National Spatial Data System geoportal, end-to-end search on Panorama KB geoportals or geoportals that support the OGC WFS standard. The dialog displays the geometry of objects, the semantics of objects, and highlights them in the map.
In the Search for Address dialog, optimize the search for objects or intersections by partially matching street names and house numbers. The search results generate a table of found objects or intersections. When you select an entry in the table, you navigate to the object in the map. Added Object Information View. When the search parameters are changed, objects are selected automatically according to other conditions.
In the Map Editor task, in the Cut and Stitch panel, the Create Polygon by Boundary of Surrounding Paths mode has been updated. Mode creates a multipolygon defined by the boundaries of adjacent polygon loops and closed linear objects within a specified closed loop or selected object. If you press Ctrl and press the left button mice over some area or closed linear object, the multipolygon is based on the base path for which the specified point is internal. If the specified point is within multiple contours, all such contours will intersect. Konturs for which the point is outside will trim the intersections from the base path to create a path around the point based on the adjacent boundaries. If you press Ctrl and click over an empty area, the base path is a rectangular path 3/4 of the current map window centered at the selected point. If more than one blank portion of the map falls within the specified area, only one object is created that spans the selected point. The Length and Distance mode adds the display of distance values from the start of the object and the ability to save measurements to the map as objects.
In the menu on the right mouse button, the item "Copy point coordinates" has been added. Selecting a menu item or clicking Ctrl + Alt + C copies the coordinates of the current point on the map to the clipboard as a string of numbers separated by a space. The units and coordinate values correspond to those set in the coordinate display line. Degrees and radians are written as decimal numbers with a fractional part.
In the Map Calculations task, the Search for Point on Object mode has been improved. Added the ability to search for one point or parcel between two points specified by distance from the beginning of the object with setting the display parameters of the parcel. The application task "Automatic arrangement of signatures" has been finalized. The task is used to create signatures on the semantics of objects. Signatures are created on linear, point, and area objects. Signing of area long objects (zones along rivers, canals and area objects in the form of strips) has been implemented. This signing mode is activated when the As Linear Centerline check box on the Settings tab is selected. The updated algorithm automatically determines how the signing centerline is drawn. The centerline is formed by free-form contours (rivers, channels), or - by a set of background signature bands loaded from exchange formats (SHP, MIF/MID).
The task "Automatic placement of signatures" can be performed as a separate task, as well as as as part of the script for processing the card, or the scenario for loading the card from exchange formats. In the latter case, the call to the signing task is included in the fromshp and frommif files.
When displaying signatures having the service semantics "Angle of rotation of the sign (in degrees)" with code 31017, the signature is oriented according to the value specified in the semantics. When you rotate, the label aligns with the center and midline of the metric point.
The applied problem "Formation of the mathematical basis of air navigation maps" has been finalized. The design of the mathematical basis is brought into line with the ICAO guidelines. Added separate adjustment of intervals between parallels and meridians, frequency and sizes of main, additional and auxiliary strokes. Corrected stroke orientation for western and southern hemispheres.
The Classifier Editor task adds the keyword "H1" for semantics of type "Numerical Formula" for use in calculations or when automatically generating text signatures of height values of the first point of an object.
Expanded the list of restrictions for users to manage data opened from the Server GIS: restrictions can be set on copying (exporting to other formats, transferring objects to other maps), printing, viewing coordinate system parameters, editing coordinates, storing copies of edited objects, accessing the cache on the client without registering with the Server GIS, editing the RSC digital classifier and others. Restrictions are set by the program administrator through the web interface and saved in the GIS Server settings. Barring editing coordinates allows changing only attribute data of map objects (semantics) without changing coordinates or coordinate system parameters in the map passport (metadata).
In the complex of "Cadastral tasks" the regime "Information from the state cadastre of real estate" has been finalized. Sending requests to the National Spatial Data System service instead of the Public Cadastral Map service has been implemented. It is supported to obtain information about the following types of cadastral objects: land, buildings, structures, objects of unfinished construction, zones with special conditions for using the territory, borders of municipalities and settlements, borders of water bodies. The information received at the request is displayed in the Cadastral Object Attributes dialog. It is supported to re-select a point on the map to query cadastral information without closing the dialog. "CBT reading and map updating" mode has been improved. When processing attributes of cadastral objects, the order of writing attributes with the type "code from classifier" to semantics has been changed. Before you save the attribute value, you search for the value code or, if the code is not found, the name of the value. If the reference book does not contain the desired value, then the attribute value will be stored in the reserve semantics as a text value. Attribute "cadastral number of other real estate objects within which the real estate object is located" instead of semantics KN_LAND is written to the KADNUM_L.
In the "Map-plan of the territory" mode, it is possible to select a schema for generating an XML document. The formation of an electronic document according to the MapPlanTerritory_v01.xsd and MapPlanTerritory_v02.xsd schemes is supported. This ensures the implementation of complex cadastral works in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the task "Geodetic Editor" the dialog "Search by cadastral number or address" has been improved. When choosing the search source "USRN information," sending requests to the National Spatial Data System service instead of the Public Cadastral Map service is implemented. In addition to searching by cadastral number, a search has been added to the USRN at the address in the USRN. Based on the search results, the map is moved to the found point and the attributes of the found cadastral object are displayed in the standard map object description dialog. The Create Schematic and Populate Report and Populate Report for Object modes have improved the order in which area information is inserted into the report. New marker "# AREADOCMAP0#" processing has been added to insert the area value of the cadastral object into the report with selection of AREADOC semantics or calculated value in the map projection. The area value is inserted with rounding to whole meters. The dialog "Report settings" has been improved, the composition of the elements (fields) for managing the content of the generated scheme has been clarified, outdated elements have been removed and the composition of the templates of the generated report in the drop-down list has been updated.
"Complex of geodetic calculations" - an additional module to the GIS
On January 20, 2025, Panorama Design Bureau announced the development of the Geodetic Calculation Complex for the Astra Linux Special Edition operating system. The program is an additional module to the Panorama GIS version 15. The complex includes the means of forming cadastral and land management documents in the tasks "Cadastral documents" and "Geodetic editor." Read more here.

Version 15.3.2 for Astra Linux Special Edition 1.8
In "KB Panorama" developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.3.2 for the OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" 1.8. This version implements the tasks of automatically arranging object signatures and displaying a map legend. The multiple copy mode of the map editor has been added in tasks that allow you to select a coordinate system and map projection. The functionality of loading parameters from the XML file was implemented, an update of classifiers located on the GIS Server was added. This was announced on October 25, 2024 by representatives of the Panorama design bureau.
As reported, the task "Automatic placement of signatures" has been added, designed to create signatures of objects based on their semantic characteristics. You can customize signature settings such as target map, scale, object views, and localization settings. You can save the settings to a parameter file and then use them to reprocess the objects in the map that you previously processed.
The "Map Legend" task is implemented, which provides information on the composition of the document: maps, matrices, screens, geoportals and other elements. You can control the visibility of data by dragging and dropping in the list to change the order of layers. Data items are accompanied by icons, and their names can be displayed in full or abbreviated form. You can use Object Lists to save selection sets to your map. These sets are formed using filters or manually and cover all maps in the document. Lists of objects are saved in a special file with the extension OBX, the name of which is the same as the name of the main document. These lists can be used for different operations on groups of objects, such as selection, union, intersection, search, and signature.
The Multiple Copy Object mode has been added to the Map Editor, allowing you to create copies of an object or group of objects in a given direction, with a certain amount and space. You can specify the direction of reproduction along the coordinate axes or vector by specifying the required parameters. Once the values are set, the map displays the contours of all copies, which can then be confirmed and saved. The reproduction options are available for editing through the context menu.
The Map Passport, Raster Projection Transform, and Raster Projection Settings tasks enhance the ability to customize the coordinate system and map projection. The Map Passport task adds the ability to save user settings to an XML file. All three tasks have added the ability to download previously saved settings from the XML file that is part of the installation and contains the most frequently used settings. In addition, the user can independently prepare an XML file with a description of the necessary projections and coordinate systems that will be processed in the dialogs. Added a tool to centrally update classifiers at client workstations when they are updated on the GIS Server. In the "Data Placement" dialog, a field has been added to specify the GIS host Server version at least 11.0.8 with classifier standards. Classifiers from the server share are automatically updated on the client. If there are classifiers in the template with the same name, but different extensions, the RSC format is given priority. If the extension is different on the client, the classifier type is automatically replaced with the type hosted on the server. To reduce the load on the network, updating can occur with a slight delay.
Added support for the operating system "Astra Linux Special Edition" version 1.8. "Astra Linux Special Edition" is a domestic certified operating system with built-in Information Security Tools (IPS) information for stable and safe operation IT infrastructures of any scale and processing of information of various degrees of confidentiality. The OS includes a set of programs for solving everyday office and multimedia tasks. Astra Linux Special Edition version 1.8 implements the visual style of Astra Proxima, includes support for two (kernels Linux 6.1 and 6.6), optimizes the process of deploying and updating the system, adds 15-based security DBMS PostgreSQL and other important changes.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic one. geo-information system The program is designed to accumulate, automate and storages display data, calculation results and forecasts that have a geospatial reference. Version 15.3.1 for Astra Linux Special Edition
On October 7, 2024, Panorama KB announced the development of Panorama GIS version 15.3.1 for OCAstra Linux Special Edition. In the updated version, the task of viewing the attributes of spatial database objects connected through DBM files is implemented. Tools for automatic decryption of satellite images have been added, the task of comparing altitude matrices has been developed, the list of supported formats for exporting map data to the Mbtiles pyramid of tiles has been expanded, map editing modes have been improved.
According to the company, the program implements the task "View attributes from the database." The mode provides the display of attributes of objects from spatial databases connected through DBM files, arbitrary attribute tables. For each table you select from the database, you add a bookmark that displays its contents. Up to three user-selected tables can additionally be placed under all bookmarks. Table entries can be filtered by column, by attribute value, or by a specified SQL query. Sorted and filtered table entries can be saved to a text CSV file using Export to CSV mode. The Map Location mode synchronizes a table entry and a map object associated via a DBM file or utility fields.
The capabilities of the Panorama GIS for automatic decryption of satellite images have been expanded. The task "Automatic recognition of satellite images" has been added a neural network model for highlighting the contours of buildings on images of the area. To train the model, satellite images of the cities of the Russian Federation were used together with vector maps containing the applied contours of the roofs and walls of buildings. The resulting model provides recognition accuracy over 90%. The service brings the recognized contours of buildings to a rectangular shape and adjusts their location so that they exactly correspond to the foundation of buildings.
The "Automatic Satellite Image Recognition" task allows you to process terrain images in RSW/JPG/TIFF/PNG formats and data from open geoportals. For accurate determination of building contours, the spatial resolution of images should be from 0.5 to 1 meter/pixel. The processing results are transmitted to the user as a vector map downloaded over the WFS protocol. The task is called from the Launch Applications list - Automatic creation of objects. Recognition of building contours in satellite images of the city of Moscow within an area of 25 square kilometers took 2 minutes 20 seconds. As a result, 2895 objects were created.
The task "Comparison of height matrices" was added, designed to compare the information of two identical height matrices. The initial data are two open height matrices. The output matrix contains relative heights of the second matrix with respect to the first matrix, that is, a difference in heights of the second and first matrix or a module of this difference is entered into each element of the output matrix. You can select the scale, precision (feature size), and dimensions of the matrix you are creating. By default, the dimensions of the matrix are set to the dimensions of the first matrix, and you can change them later by selecting the corresponding map fragment.
The task "Map Editor" has been improved. In Object Stitching mode, the stitching quality of area objects is optimized by adding pre-alignment of contours before object stitching. In Cut from Polygon mode, you can also select the shape of the object to save. When you cut the original polygon into two or more parts, the result is saved as a single multipolygon, and the outer parts of the object are written to a single object. The Generate Multipolygon option is added to the context menu of the mode, when disabled, the external parts of the cut object are saved to separate area objects. The Create Combined Sign mode has been added to the Align Selected Objects toolbar. A combination sign is a set of vector objects that are selected from the map classifier, have a common anchor point, and are placed vertically. Once mapped, the combined sign can be edited as a single object.
The task "Export to the Mbtiles pyramid" has been finalized. In addition to support for jpeg, png and png8 formats, the option to save tiles to webp format has been added. The webp format supports a loss-of-quality compression algorithm without loss of quality. A compressed image on average takes up 30% less space than png. The webp format supports transparency, like png, and can contain metadata for an image.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic geoinformation system. The program is designed for accumulation, storage, automated processing and display of data, calculation results and forecasts with geospatial binding. GIS "Panorama" contains means for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of a 3D model, predicting the consequences of emergency situations at hazardous facilities, monitoring the movement of aircraft, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from navigation devices/ GPS, GLONASS printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.
