2021: Raising $300,000 from TilTech Capital

At the end of June 2021, the TilTech Capital investment fund, among the co-owners of which is the founder of the Vkusville network Andrei Krivenko), announced the investment of $300 thousand in the B2Btrade platform. The detailed terms of the financing transaction are not disclosed, including the estimated value of the startup.

B2Btrade intends to spend the funds raised on the development of its marketplace in Europe, including the launch of the service in Germany and Italy. The main emphasis is planned to be on the development of logistics and financial services within the platform. Thus, the company will consolidate cargo in logistics both domestically and abroad with the involvement of partners, as well as provide factoring services and a safe transaction.

Vkusville co-founder fund invests $300 thousand in wholesale procurement platform

By the end of June 2021, the commission for transactions on the B2Btrade platform is 0%. The project earns from promotion inside the site, and also plans to monetize at the expense of logistics and financial services. The share of distributors on B2Btrade is about 10% in those categories where they cannot be done without them.

According to the startup's plans, by the end of 2021, the number of suppliers and buyers connected to the platform will exceed 10 thousand and 50 thousand, respectively. In addition, B2Btrade expects to become the largest B2B-Marketplace in Russia in the FMCG and grocery category (everyday goods) in the CIS and the European Union, said B2Btrade co-founder and chief executive officer Artem Arifullin.
