AR2Tech

AR2Tech is a developer of geostatistical applications. AR2Tech introduces a new generation of geostatistics and spatial data analysis solutions for mining, environmental sciences and energy. Today's high-performance company algorithms, as well as cloud and desktop workflows, allow users to create and optimize a variety of models, even with millions of cells, without performance problems.

The AR2Tech algorithm library can be applied to a wide range of geostatistical modeling and data analysis methods, supporting data-oriented and machine learning-based functions. Solutions can be used separately or integrated with other software, including Seequent Leapfrog solutions for 3D geological modeling.

History

2021: Bentley Systems bought AR2Tech

In mid-December 2021, Bentley Systems announced that its Sequent business unit had acquired AR2Tech. The financial component of the company did not disclose.

This acquisition provides Sequent with advanced geostatistical algorithms, technologies, and IP to solve complex geospatial problems, which will complement the company's geologic modeling solutions and workflows, as well as help solve problems related to land, environment, and resources.

Bentley Systems acquired AR2Tech

Sequent CEO Graham Grant noted:
