The award in this nomination was received by the CEO of T1Igory Kalganov, under whose leadership the company demonstrates a significant increase in business performance.

In the first half of 2022, the holding's revenue increased 2.5 times. Such an impressive indicator was facilitated by a shift in focus on the development of own products, the development of new IT areas and the expansion of areas of activity. Earlier, Igor Kalganov stood at the origins of the creation of Innotech, a member of the T1 Group. Despite the start during the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Innotech quickly established itself as one of the leaders in the development of solutions for business digitalization. Under the leadership of Igor Kalganov, the company's staff grew to more than 8 thousand employees working in 160 cities. Now the winner in this nomination leads the development of the entire T1 holding.

The solutions of this group of companies, according to its data, are already used by more than 15 million people, and its achievements are awarded with various prizes and awards of the professional community.

Nomination "Information Security Solution of the Year in Russia"

The winner in the nomination in 2022 was Security Vision 5 - an information security process automation platform. This is the only Russian IT platform that allows you to robotize up to 95% of the functions of an information security operator. The products included in this platform solve a whole range of important information security tasks:

• creation of a cyber security situational center;
• detection of attacks and other information security incidents at early stages;
• consolidation and analysis of operational information for cyber incident investigations and decision-making;
• reduction of response time to incidents due to automation of key procedures and robotization of information security operator functions.

Security Vision 5 is a completely domestic development. It is certified by FSTEC, included in the register of domestic software. The platform provides information security for the largest government agencies and commercial structures, including: FSO of Russia, the State Duma, the Federation Council, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Severstal, X5, Otkritie Bank, Evraz, Cherkizovo, Gazprombank, Russian Post and others.

The award in the nomination "Information Security Solution of the Year" was presented to Ruslan Rakhmetov, General Director of Security Vision.

We have created a solution for automating information security processes and IT processes, at the junction of these two areas, "Ruslan Rakhmetov said at the presentation of the prize. - Chernyshevsky has a hero Rakhmetov, my namesake, so coincided. Nomination "Import Substitution: Project of the Year"

The winner in this nomination was revealed by an open vote of the summit participants using a QR code presented on the screen. Three projects were presented as nominees.

The first in the list of nominees was the transfer of employees of Russian nuclear power plants included in the Rosenergoatom concern to the domestic operating system Astra Linux. As a result of the project, thousands of employees of the concern, including central office staff and employees of nuclear power plants, work on the domestic operating system instead of Windows. The project is unique, including its geography - from Chukotka to Kaliningrad. This migration has become one of the largest in Russia. During it, the continuity of work processes at all enterprises of the concern was ensured. The project budget is 136.6 million rubles. Rosenergoatom plans to import substitution of personal computers, for this purpose devices on the Baikal and Elbrus platforms are already being tested.

The second nominated the project to transfer the asset management of RusHydro from Microsoft solutions to Astra Linux. One of the largest energy holdings in Russia at the end of 2021 announced a tender for import substitution. The Company has set the goal of transferring the complex of the Automated Repair Management System of Power Equipment to the domestic operating system and database management system. Power engineers replace Windows Server and MS SQL DBMS with Astra Linux and PostgreSQL DBMS, respectively. In accordance with the import substitution plan of RusHydro, specialists must perform works within 16 months. This means that in 2023 the energy company will begin managing repairs using Russian solutions. The project budget is 45 million rubles.

And the third project that claimed the TAdviser award was the creation of an application management service in the International Medical Cluster Fund and the successful replacement of a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics. The 3V Enterprise Platform is an Enterprise Performance Management product for planning, analyzing, improving the quality of management and optimizing key business processes. The developer of this no-code platform is Trivium. The company's specialists implemented an application designer, a mechanism for managing data storage, collaboration with big data and other useful functions. A service for managing applications of the fund for working with medical organizations was implemented, the processes of interaction of participants, monitoring, management of applications, as well as monitoring their implementation in real time were provided. The project budget is 15.4 million rubles.

According to the voting results, the Rosenergoatom project won, by almost two times the margin. Oleg Shalnov, Director of the IT Project Management and Integration Department of the Rosenergoatom Concern, was invited to present the award.

IT Company of the Year nomination

One of the main events of 2022 in the Russian IT market was the unique integration of expertise from Rostelecom, YADRO and Rubytech. The result of such a merger was the company "Basis," a joint venture. IT Platform of the Year nomination

This year, the T1 Group successfully launched a technologically independent platform for the creation of IT products "Sphere." The platform includes more than 40 tools for managing product development throughout the life cycle, from creating a prototype and accepting the system to decommissioning it. Improving the quality and speed of development is achieved through the simple formalization of knowledge, the ability to quickly obtain information and exchange it between all participants at different stages of product creation.

The Sphere platform provides a team of developers with tools for managing tasks, documents, architecture, assets, as well as development, operation and testing processes. The platform includes a whole set of tools for working with source code and various libraries, as well as a large layer of monitoring tools, including working time monitoring, in-depth process mining and process discovery methodologies.

The award in the nomination "IT platform of the year" was presented to the Maxim Kutuzov commercial director of the production platform " ON Sphere."

When creating a technological platform designed to import replace most of the solutions of vendors who left Russia, it was extremely important not only to quickly "run" in terms of developing such a platform, but also to move in the right direction, "said Maxim Kutuzov. - And within the Group T1 we "run" quickly not only because we understand the need for such a platform for the domestic market. The award in the nomination "Service of the Year in the B2B segment" was presented to Dmitry Trofimov, Managing Director of the Corporate Business Development Department of Sberbank.

We started the project of digital transformation as a service more than a year ago. Initially, we did not plan to make the service digital. We wanted to test the role of a client manager who is not purely engaged in sales, but helps the client grow - Customer Success Manager. But the situation turned out to be such that civilization became issue No. 1 for any beneficiary and decision-maker, so our project became digital two months after the start, "Dmitry Trofimov said at the presentation of the award. - Now we have 11 digital teams throughout Russia, in each territorial unit of SBER. We have more than 100 partners helping to conduct digital transformation projects with our clients, and more than 500 such transformation projects, of which more than 200 have already been completed. Import substitution of video communication systems is one of the priority tasks of the Russian IT market. A reliable alternative to Zoom, MS Teams and Webex for the corporate segment was developed by Innotech, a member of the T1 Group.

Dion service is an enterprise communications platform based on a hybrid cloud infrastructure. The developers paid special attention to information security issues. While maintaining all the benefits of cloud service, the hybrid model ensures that confidential information is stored on the customer's servers. The Dion service supports all video conferencing functions familiar to the user, works on all devices, including Linux, Android and iOS applications, has a modern architecture with low communication channel requirements, supports the simultaneous operation of thousands of users.

The TAdviser SummIT conference, held on November 29, 2022, became one of the largest in the history of its holding: in total, more than 1,000 delegates attended the event. Also at the exhibition within the framework of the summit, the most extensive exhibition of IT solutions in the history of the event was presented: suppliers of products and services deployed more than 40 stands. The conference was attended by the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev, who answered the acute questions of the IT industry. In total, about 90 reports were presented in the plenary part and five parallel sectoral sessions.
